Her name is Kristina, she is the most friendly, cheerful and welcoming person ! She seems to remember us when we go to pharmacy, and she is very genuine so you know she really wants to help. There are so few people like her these days, most everywhere I go I seem to get rude, snippy people. She is truly an asset to the pharmacy, she's a gem.”

“The Quietest wallgreens I have ever been inside they are very nice. Their batteries and greeting cards are cheaper than Brothers so its nice to have next door and they have good sales. Most wallgreens are too big but this one is cozy and quiet.”

“I’ve been a customer here for going on 10 years! I was shocked to see the low reviews this week when I searched CVS to call about an RX. I have had nothing but awesome interactions with this amazing staff! The pharmacy team had gone out of their way for me on multiple occasions to fill things quickly. They’ve called around to find things I need. They’ve checked in on me when I was panicking about my fertility RX not arriving in time. I can’t imagine how stressful their jobs are normally, and especially with how busy this location is. This team gets a 10/10 and I’ll still come here when we move even though there’s another pharmacy closer ???”

“It is impossible not to give the Associates and the management of the Kingston, MA store any grade but a “Ten.” The store is set up where you receive a greeting when you enter the door. If you have a need to see where an item you wish to purchase is in the store, they tell you where the item is then walk with you to the item and point it out to you. They then ask can we help in any other way and if a not, they repeat “: have a good day” and return to what they were doing. That type of customer service is an example of management encouraging the associates to always think of how we could make shopping in CVS enjoyable”

“On the night of Christmas Day at around 9pm-11pm, I was experiencing a dental emergency. This is the only 24hr pharmacy, and I was in so much pain I was nauseous. My dentist wasn’t able to get the prescription for an antibiotic through, but the pharmacy lady wearing Maroon Scrubs was so beyond helpful. This woman told me what to take from the aisle to help with my specific symptoms She was the only honest health professional in this entire ordeal, and now I am much better. Not all heroes wear capes, most of them work the night shift on Christmas.”

“This CVS is clean & has a good selection of products. The pharmacy is all over the place, but the staff are friendly. I've been trying to change my last name & address on my prescription for years, with absolutely no luck in person or online. Service can be slow at times - I recommend going inside over using the drive-thru. The store's self checkout is great for an easy in & out shopping experience.”
