Nadia came to our home, answered all my questions, spent plenty of time with me to make sure i was happy with my selection. They follow up with n Emil. I called and asked for change and could he send me pictures. I finally settled on first choice, they were friendly and professional. when they came to my home, they were respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. If you do business with this company, you will be very happy.

Had a wonderful experience with these folks! We have a wall of high windows that faces south, and certain times of year the sun is blinding and was making our living room unusable during the day. Deb came out with lots of options was great to work with. We had cellular shades installed that are opened and closed with a cell phone app or remote. They keep the sun out and look amazing, and the Budget Blinds team was great the whole way. Clear communication of costs (I found them very affordable) and timelines, and the install went off without a hitch. Highly recommended!

Deb and Bruce were a pleasure to work with. Deb was helpful during our selection process, and Bruce installed our blinds neatly and efficiently. We paid what we expected to pay for vertical blinds, a little bit more for higher quality. However, there were shades that we were considering that turned out to be much, much more expensive than we anticipated. It is what it is, I guess, being a strange year with covid. We would inquire with them again in the future. They maintained professionalism throughout the project.

I am very happy with the services provided by this family company. Deb, the designer, helped me select the perfect shade for my "at home" office providing me with what I was looking for, as well as options that I did not know about. The communication from them, through installation, was appreciated. I love my new shade and I highly recommend due to timely communication and thoughtful process all the way through clean-up (Deb's husband and son did the install, taking off their shoes immediately when they came into my home and had masks on!) Working with Debra and Bruce was wonderful. Debra is so knowledgeable and with so many choices, she helped me pick out the perfect blinds for my home. Bruce and their son did a quick and neat job with the installation. I will be ordering more blinds from them again soon.

Awesome experience! Love the blinds and the care and detail put into designing them. Debra spent several hours helping me choose the perfect window treatments for each room. Her husband Bruce and their son installed the blinds and they could not have been nicer. Can’t recommend them enough!

Bruce and Deb are awesome! They installed blackout shades which are lovely! They are very effective at keeping the light out and help keep the house warm. I loved the shades so much I had them come back to install some shades in our sunroom. These too are lovely. Deb came with a bunch of samples and spent time helping me choose the right match.We had a problem with one of our blackout shades several months after it was installed and Bruce came and replaced it free of charge. They’re a great business, and super nice, easy to work with and they do an awesome job.

Just had blinds installed by Budget Blinds of Franklin & Mansfield. I am beyond delighted! I ordered blinds for my kitchen, hallway, bedrooms and bathroom and they look great! I looked at several companies but chose Budget Blinds because they are franchise-owned. Deb and Bruce Haughton are the owner/operators of this franchise and they definitely provided professional, personalized service. They were honest, accommodating, prompt and kept our scheduled appointments. Installation was seamless and very neat! I highly recommend this company.

I hired Budget Blinds for my home in Foxboro. I was fortunate enough to meet Debra during the consult and then for the install Bruce and their son Brett. Both appointments they were on time and professional and their pricing was great. Even though my job was small I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for a bigger project. I also opted in for text messages from them and with my hectic schedule it was nice to quickly communicate and get the job done. Thanks!!

I ordered woven blinds through Budget Blinds of Franklin. Initially there were problems with the blinds. Deb and Bruce worked diligently with the manufacturer to resolve the issues. They were outstanding. The blinds are up now and they are exactly what I wanted! I am very happy with them.

We did our blinds and valances for our home. Deb came in for the in home consultation. She explained it to me very clearly and brought a lot of samples. She also gave me a lot of ideas and suggestions which helped me a lot. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I ordered through them, and they came exactly on time on the estimated date they gave! Bruce and Brett came for the installation, they did an awesome job! It is so beautiful! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds for anyone looking for it. The quality and their service is excellent!

Thank you Deb and Bruce! We love our new window treatments. Deb was very well prepared and had so many different styles of shades. She gave me adequate time to see the samples and helped me in my decisions. Installation was great, we had to leave the house for an errand when Bruce came. When we came back everything was installed and the area was clean. Bruce made sure we were happy with the blinds and gave us the tutorial on our remote control. Beautiful products and great team!
