“I visit this location frequently, and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.”

“Every time I ship an item the staff is very professional and helpful but this time I have to give a special shoutout to Sheila. Unbeknownst to me, I shipped a package to the wrong address. It came back twice and more. Sheila went above and beyond to figure out why the package wasn’t getting to the right person. Throughout the whole ordeal she always remained calm, kind and professional and made many inquiries on my behalf. “I had an incredibly important package lost in the postal system for a good period of time. I sent the package from Texas to North Chelmsford. Somehow it was coded wrong & sent back to Texas then from there it made lots of stops all except for the right one. Tbe 800 number was a nightmare, they were rude and not helpful. If this package was completely lost I would have been out a whole lot of money. Eventually the post master from North Chelmsford, Deanna White, got involved. She was extremely polite & courteous & followed through everything she said she would. Within a few days she tracked my package and coordinated with facilities as far as Texas to get it were it was supposed to go!! We are so very grateful for her❤❤❤ I had spent many ,many hours on the phone with other agents & went into a few different post offices with no resolution in sight. She clearly is not only very professional but is extremely proficient in her job!! Thanks so very much❤”

“I went to staples online to find a printer and after comparing prices with Amazon I found that the pricing was pretty much the same at both places except that Staples offered a $15.00 discount for buying online and picking up at the store . I'm always up for saving money so I went for it! I hadn't been to Staples for years and couldn't remember if I was a rewards member so I gave my phone number and low and behold I was. Come to also find out that after purchasing the printer I had earned $25.00 's in rewards because my rewards didn't expire so in total I saved $35.00's plus the printer was on sale for 62% off . Now I'm happy until I get home and the printer malfunctioned right out of the box. Luckily I had purchased the four year protection plan that has great technical service that was right there with me helping with the setup over the phone and after 30 minutes the technician came to the conclusion that the printer was defective and told me to take it back to the store and get a replacement. I arrived at the store and Steve who is the head technician at the store was very polite and helpful. I had brought the last printer that they had so he called the closest store,which was unfortunately for me nine miles away in Burlington and asked them to put one aside for me for pick up. The printer was waiting for me and was exchanged, no questions asked and no problems. I can blame Staples for the issue with the printer because they don't make them they just sell them. All said and done the new, new printer works great and so far I'm a happy customer but it would be nice if hp had better quality control.”
