Excellent, competent and trustworthy service. I had my custom broken suspension fixed and replaced. The team at Carlisle Autobody recommended just the right parts and work, scheduled and installed on time. Excellent communication about what I needed and what I didn’t. Many years ago we had a car accident and they repaired it beautifully as well such that it lasted 10 more years as if nothing happened. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

We had the absolute worst experience with this mechanic. They booked our car and were clear with the fixes we wanted to be done, and in the end we ended up with a huge bill because the mechanic decided to “fix” other things without consulting us first. If that’s not bad enough, our car has the engine light on after the service - a very slimy service that left us with more problems and didn’t resolve or even diagnose the bent driveshaft issue that brought us there in the first place. To make it even worse, they left the radiator fan unplugged which we only noticed months later when bringing to another mechanic who promptly diagnosed the bent driveshaft. I would never recommend this place, horrible treatment of customers in addition to this whole experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you are a woman I recommend you find another mechanic. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a mechanic and owner when I questioned the cost of my service. The misogyny of this company is rampant, and I am mortified by how I was treated by the owner and mechanic.

This is the first time I’ve had my car serviced at Carlisle Auto Body and it was such a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and their prices are very fair. They didn’t over charge me at all and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much again guys!

Simply the Best Auto Body and Service/Repair there is! You cannot find more friendly, responsive, knowledgable, and fair people to work on your vehicle from start to finish. The body work is incomparable and don't forget they also offer service/repair In a recent visit my rear quarter dent and scratch came out perfectly and they also found and gave me a great deal on 4 special tires that ride like a dream.

Absolutely perfect experience. They provided a detailed and accurate estimate and the work was completed exactly when promised. Ever since we moved out this way, Carlisle Auto Body has become our go-to shop for all auto repair services, everything from oil changes (and helping me fix the oil change schedule) to tire replacement, new brakes, and engine diagnostics. If I could give negative stars I would. Carlisle Auto Body will leave your car worse off than when you brought it in. I had to go back a second time for them to fix the errors they made. They had my car for almost a whole month! Dean, the owner, spoke down to me like i was the issue here. My car is still not fixed, the owner was extremely rude and he never even fixed what he was paid to fix. Absolute insurance scam. There are spots all over the back and dripped paint. Save yourself the headache, find a place that will talk to you respectfully and go somewhere that's professional not this chop shop. Absolutely disgusted by this unprofessional body shop, I would never recommend anyone going here!

Customer service lady was very polite on the phone. I walked in and one of the men came out yelling at me asking what I wanted in a very disrespectful tone. He then proceeded to tell me to take my mask off. I immediately decided to try a different auto body shop.
