Not very happy with my purchase from Washington Street Autos. If I could give negative stars, I would. Live out of state, drove over an hour to look at car, decided to get it and let Z know in a few days if I could get the finances. Texting Z, he wanted me to expedite the check overnight and told me car would be all set. They had to replace a tire(was unsafe to drive) and there was a no fuse message on the dash when i checked it out. Friday I call to make sure the car was all set, being that they already had their money, Z then told me to call the mechanic to make sure everything was all set, I call mechanic and he said car will be great, everything will be taken care of. Next day drive over an hour to pick up car and get in to drive away and the no fuse message is still on the dash, I asked the mechanic he lied to my face and told me that it would disappear two minutes down the road. Well it didn't and when I got home I realized there was seven fuses missing and lugnuts missing on each back tire. As well as pieces of the interior falling off and they changed out the windshield wipers that were on the car for some crappy ones that left a black streak that was not there when I test drove the car originally, along with some goopy red stuff stuck on the back seat that I can't get off. They had good reviews but must only be from their regulars. I've never known any place that let's people leave with missing lugnuts and I will never reference any of my friends or other people to purchase a car there

I highly recommend Washington Street Auto. I have come here for service on my car for years and have always trusted Eli's expertise and transparency. I was desperately looking for a car this past week and I looked place after place. I wish I went to Ziad and Eli sooner. I immediately had 2 solid options. They made the process so easy and endurable. I love my new Rav4. Eli made sure I was happy leaving the lot!

Purchased a Honda civic here for my grandson. Was told they didn't have the title but would get it in a few days. Made full payment then waited a week and called to find out they were unable to get it but were having another one sent out. Called the following week and was told "any day now". The next week was the same answer. Finally after having our money for over a month, they still had no title. We finally got tired waiting and went to get our $$$ back. But NO CAR!!

Purchased a 2009 Honda Ridgeline 2 weeks ago.It was a real pleasure working with Eli and Z.They provided excellent customer service. They were up front about everything and made the experience extremely easy. Most importantly,I Love the truck , would highly recommend them, and will check them out again with any future needs.
