Man who looked like he may be in charge was very rude. Yelled twice for me to have my code ready. It was pulled up and ready on my phone in my pocketbook right on top. I had to put my large package down in order to grab my cell. Took 3 seconds but wasn’t quick enough for him. Also refused to give me a 2 inch piece of tape. Said I had to pay for it.

Charged for packaging even though brought back in original box covered with a bag. Want a racket. Will never use this one again. The one need Roche Brothers is so much better.

Had to do an Amazon return. I got greeted at the door by a young lady. She was very efficient and helped me out with my return since it was my first time and she gladly helped me out! I will be returning back to this location!

Terrible customer service . One women at the front needs to learn respect. She’s so unprofessional . She actually told the customer “ blah blah blah PERIOD” she literally said PERIOD. Like we were in the hood . Have you seen the floors in that store? Looks like they haven’t been vacuumed in months . How in April do you still have smashed up leaves all over your floor , including food wrappers. Save your energy and don’t go there.

This is not my "normal" UPS store, but I stopped at this location while running some errands. The young woman who helped me today could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

So far, so good with New ownership the prices of the mailboxes have definitely gone down thanks for doing that. I know they're very busy. I wish you guys could have a way. I could just text you define out if anything's in my mailbox.

I brought my items for return. The workers said I have to either go to another office in Dedham or pay to use their printer. I later returned ,using my own printer, with the package in its original wrapping. Now he tells me he will do me a FAVOR by using his tape to wrap it. FAVOR!!!Isn't this their job????

No one ever answers the phone. The lack of customer service is amazing with the new owners. Stay away from this UPS store.
