I went to this store, looking for a mother of the groom dress. The owner did not even acknowledge that I was there. I saw a dress that I like but not my size, I approached her and asked if she could order it for me, her first reply was” these dresses are more expensive than the price that is in the tags.” I said that I didn’t even look at the tags, I just like the dress. She completely ignored me and started talking on the phone. I felt so humiliated. I’m not a racism person but if you have my complexion, this store is not for you

What a terrible experience. I had an appointment to look for mother of the bride dresses. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. I was working with Barbara who honestly didn't welcome me or seem to care at all about what I had to say. We had a short conversation about what I was looking for. I was very open to different styles but honestly, Barbara seemed very annoyed at some of my answers. She was on the phone almost the entire time I was in the store. No help in the dressing room - no asking me how things fit, no help whatsoever. To top of the awful experience, I was told in a scolding manner that I couldn't take any pictures of me in the dresses. I hate to give a bad review for a small business but I was honestly treated like a piece of dirt. I would never go back there for any occasion and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday I went for my appointment for a mother of the groom dress and was very disappointed. Not only was the shop shabby and old, the customer service was awful. I asked for help with style and the sales woman was too busy on the phone. No help whatsoever. In addition, when my daughters and I found our own dresses for me to try on, the saleswoman didn't help with zipping the dress or clipping when it was too big. This was not a shop I would recommend - it looked more like a consignment shop than an expensive formal dress boutique. We lasted about 30 minutes and finally left for another boutique. Luckily I found my dress there.

Apparently years ago I screwed up and gave this boutique 1 Star by accident. It should have been 5. I got the dresses I wore to BOTH my daughters’ weddings here, plus the outfit I wore to a fancy engagement party for one of them and the later wedding of one of their sisters-in-law. I should add that I’d looked at multiple other places for my mother-of-the-bride dresses, and tried on 30 or 40 other dresses. Both times I walked into Touch of Klass in despair, and both times an extremely competent saleswoman took a good look at me, asked a few questions, and then brought me the dress I ultimately bought. On neither occasion would I have picked the dress out on first sight. But they were the perfect fit and the most flattering dress I’d tried on to that point. In the right color scheme! It was an extremely impressive experience. The prices are not discount, but they are comparable to similar shops for similar occasions.

I went gown shopping and was not optimistic! I'm not a small woman. Bloomingdales, Newman, Saks in NY and discouragement. A lady from Bloomingdales actually suggested I go to a touch of Klass. Met Barbara and her daughter, they had been moving clothes to have the room painted and seemed exhausted but they persevered and pulled out gowns for me to try. Never thought I'd find something I Loved, but I love my gown! I have three daughters and I'm relieved If their wedding calls for my wearing a gown it's going to be easy!

Lots of great selection of fancy dresses, evening gowns, etc in many different styles and colors. The staff was really nice and I didn't end up getting anything (didn't have an occasion at the time), but nice to know this store is here when I need it.

Barbara and Frankie are amazing. I went in with no idea what I wanted and Barbara guided me to several dresses that I would never have picked out for myself. I left excited about the final choice and can't wait to wear it. Oh! and Barbara found me a second dress to wear for the rehearsal dinner!! Amazing!!!!! I highly recommend this shop and the two fabulous women who operate it!

At first glance walking in to this shop, it is hard to see all their beautiful special occasian dresses. You have to go with an open mind and some ideas. They will ask about the venue, the date and what you envision. then let Frankie and Barbara make suggestions. They know their stuff and they have been doing this a long time. i found the perfect mother of the bride dress on my first visit, but honestly i would never have tried that one on if they had not suggested it. I went back a few times before i settled in on the color i wanted and then i ordered. Their pricing is also fabulous. Just PERFECTION! thank you Frankie and Barbara for a wonderful experience.

Fabulous is what i can say. Yes, it is not a glitzy shop but you are there to find special occasion dresses. Don't make a judgement, And Frankie and Barbara know their trade. They are lovely women who know their dresses and how to style you. i tried on dresses i personally would not have selected but once on me, wow, i LOVED several of them. I said yes to the dress! i got a BEAUTIFUL dress for my daughter's wedding and could not be happier. Thank you Barbara and Frankie! i'll be back for the next one too.

Ew! The website looks great, but not indicative of the store. Pretty old and shabby looking; dresses stuffed into racks. Not at all what I expected - if you are looking for a bridal shop then this will probably suit you. I expected a 'boutique' atmosphere with space to look at every dress. A couple of elderly woman (owners?) greet you and ask a number of questions - mostly mundane and none of their business. The lady that greeted me then said: "Our dresses start at $300 and go up from there, is that okay for you?" I should have turned around and left at that point as the shoes on my feet were well above the $300 mark, but I was curious so said it was no problem. She then proceeded to 'pick out' dresses for me. I did try on a few - again, I am curious. In the end, the dresses I liked were $700 and up and I didn't LOVE any of them. Wouldn't waste my time if you are looking for something unique.
