“I got a flat tire in the evening, there was a piece of metal sticking out and the air was going out very fast. I first called the official dealer, but they couldn’t even tell me if they had my tires in stock and just said they would call me back. I was very nervous, I had my 2-year-old daughter in the car, my husband was on a business trip, and honestly I don’t understand anything about tires.
Then I called the nearest Sullivan Tire, and a very kind woman answered the phone. She understood that I was stressed, spoke to me very calmly, listened to the whole story, helped me find where to look for my tire size, and really encouraged and reassured me. She found the right tires for me for the next day, even though other places didn’t have them.
I had to use tire sealant and pump the tire to be able to drive to their shop, but once I got there, they changed my tires in about an hour. The price was lower than at the official dealer, and the service and speed were much better. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this place.”

“I was in to have one of my tires swapped out due to a puncture. While the car was in the mechanic checked the front suspension and noticed serious issues with the ball joint and tie rod links. Although they don’t do suspensions work they recommended replacing as soon as possible. My mechanic agreed and said they saved me some serious potential damage. B & D took the job on and Steve did an excellent job of removing the locks with no damage to my wheels. Steve takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I was so happy with the results that I bought a set of tires as well. I just found my goto shop for auto repair.”

“Update: I recently wrote a review that was a mistake and the mishaps did not come from S&E automotive. I already felt distraught writing my first review because I recommend people to this auto shop & this is the only place that I have trusted to come to with my previous and current vehicle. I came here today due to a bad gasket leak the previous owner of the car didn’t take go care of it which led to me having to deal with the issues left over which isn’t anyone’s fault but mine for going for that specific vehicle (brought at auction) - Ryan, has been understanding and caring for my situations. It’s hard to come across auto shops that you can trust, rely on, or even feel safe to deal with especially as a young woman. Long story short - my vehicle is left because my car isn’t in the best condition, Ryan even offered me a ride home which I was grateful & thankful for after leaving a bad review from before knowingly I should’ve kept a close eye on the problem at first hand before pointing fingers after getting my oil change done. Even after Ryan left another worker stayed and was kind as I was waiting for a ride. Not to mention even the mechanic gave me a charger to use as I made arrangements. Ryan also gave me water which all meant a lot to me. Not many auto shops can care for customers as much as they did for me. They also fixed an old friend of my windshield wiper & was able to tow the car from an establishment back to there’s before closing time to see the issue. Communication means a lot to them and they will get the job done efficiently!”
