The WORST company I've EVER dealt with!!!! I ordered a pair of work boots they wernt even sent for a couple weeks after they were supposed to be! I kept emailing finally they answered said they'd send them 1-2 day delivery they didn't my order said delivered through regular delivery I still hadn't gotten them I wanted to cancel my order I already had 2 go buy a different pair someone was waiting for them for work this is about a month later I send 4 or 5 emails before I get 1 back I finally get 1 back they tell me they had to do a police report and they promised they'd find them still havnt gotten my order canceled or refunded now I'm supposed to wait for boots to be found I don't even think we're ever sent to begin with VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I WILL GO WITH OUT BEGORE I EVER THINK OF ORDERING ANYTHING THOUGHT THEM EVER AGAIN

These guys will accept an online (Amazon in our case) order, take the money and a week (or more) later they will refund you out of a sudden?!
We had an item ordered from them through Amazon and we received a message - the item was shipped. When we checked the tracking information however, we found out the item has never left the seller. They had only "created a label". I looked at other reviews on Amazon and quite a few people describe the same thing - the customers never receive their orders! Be aware!

I have proof of returned shoes over 2 months ago. I've called and emailed this company and gotten no response. Now I see a message that they are "temporarily closed." I don't trust this company, don't do business with them!

On 2/10/22, made a purchase of two pairs of shoes, size 10.5 and 11, as proper size was unknown and they touted a hassle-free return policy for "trying" shoes. If only I could get that far. Their site indicated orders ship 2-3 days after received. At worst, that would be 2/13/22. The confirmation email from the order did not provide any tracking info, so after nearly two weeks, I had to contact them by phone for an order status update. After several attempts, I was finally able to get an answer, but I was unsure if I was calling the right number, as they did not identify themselves. After confirming I had the right number, I indicated I wanted to know the status of my order, and provided my order number. The person on the other line stated that they would "request a tracking number and notify me with it." I asked if this would be by phone or email, and they stated she was not sure, but it would be by the end of the day. It has been 3 days at this point, and MANY calls are now going unanswered, regardless of messages left and no return calls. This seems to be aligned with nearly every other review I have read. The purchase amount was about $200 and I refuse to just give them my money with no service rendered. At a minimum I would like a refund, but I would prefer to get what I ordered and what they took my money for. My card has been charged and I do not feel they have any desire of fulfilling the order. I have seen that others go months playing this game with them and never receive anything. I clearly should have done my homework beforehand, although that does not excuse them. This business should be shut down for fraud and held accountable for charging a card before the order ships.

Terrible experience. They shipped the wrong size and on purpose. Contacted manufacturer and they confirmed that they advisedThe Light Walk that they were out of 9M -- they instructed filling order with a 9W. After many calls, they promised to send return label; never did and will not provide refund. Buyer Beware.

I call up three time about my shoes, each time they lie to me, never got my shoes. My credit card company got me a refund .Stay alway from this company ,they are rip off.

While shipping of product is done within a reasonable amount of time and products are satisfactory, returns are not so quick. Customer service is terrible! The website did not give a return label. Had to call multiple times tp get that. The Light Walk received the return via the post office on 11/17/21. I had to call multiple times to inquire when I would receive the refund. Finally on 11/30/21 got someone to check and issue the credit. I was told to give it one day to credit. Credit was finally received on 12/4/21. When calling the same person seems to answer or it goes to voicemail. It seem once they recognized the number they do not answer your call. They do no return calls as promised either. I’m still awaiting a return call from the AM of 12/3/21. *inquiring on credit as it had been 4 days) I called again and of course no one answered I will never do business with them again.

Horrible!! I would give zero stars if I could! They are big scammers! All the negative comments are true…my fault I did not check before ordering. They took my money and never shipped the item. I called repeatedly and got to talk to a lady 4-5 times. Every time she would promise to refund as soon as she ended the call but never did. I filed a claim with my credit card company and they got her to cough up my money.

As others have stated, horrible customer service! I ordered two pairs of sandals and only received one. Several calls, emails and messages via their website have gone unanswered. When I tried to return the pair I received using their online “free” return service and clicked on “print return label”, the only thing that printed out was a screenshot of the webpage. I purchased these sandals directly from their website, not Amazon because the price was much better. Had I known that I would experience a complete lack of customer service, I would have ordered somewhere else. My only recourse at this point is to pay for return shipping and hope they issue a refund. Will be disputing charges with credit card company for pair that was never shipped. BUYER BEWARE!

I have had a horrible experience with The Light Walk. Ordered a 8M in a Revere sandal for $89.95 on June 14. They sent a 9W. I called they sent return label. In talking with a woman named Evonna, she said they had received the returned shoes and to check my bank acct in a few days. Does this sound familiar? I have called her numerous times. She now will not answer when seeing my number. I think this is considered fraud and needs to be reported to the Canton Police Department and post on social media. This definitely looks like a pattern according to your other reviews.

Terrible service - sent the wrong size ON PURPOSE. Ordered 2 pair of shoes on June 6, received them on June 21, one being 9M (correct size) other 9W. Contacted company; on June 22 they said they would send prepaid return label - have yet to receive this despite multiple inquiries. I contacted actual shipper - Revere Shoes who advised that shoe was being phased out and they had a 9W, but not 9M. The Light Walk "directed us to send that (wrong) size". Buyer Beware Don V

Straight dodo water! From the customer service to the shoes itself. Merchandise damages and no return label. They like to hang up on customers. Don't buy here.

I did not realize this company had a D- rating from the BBB prior to ordering. I placed an order mid-September 2020 and have never received the shoes. I have called constantly and rec'd empty promises. It shocks me they are a seller on Amazon. If you are wise, you will never order from this company. They are bad news.
