Had a tire air leak;made appointment; arrived on time; car taken promptly to check out the tire; tire had a screw and was repaired; I also received a thorough evaluation of all my tires without being pressured to purchase - which I appreciated. Sullivan Tire is my go-to for all my tire needs!

One cannot find great service ANYWHERE these days. The lone exception is the Canton Sullivan Tire. I brought my Explorer in with a flat tire. I could see and hear that they were very busy, but they brought my car in, pulled the nail, and plugged the hole. I was on my way almost as if nothing had happened. But I know they went out of their way for me, for which I am thankful. I am very glad I bought my tires at Sullivan, and will continue to do so in the future!

Long term revised review. Got a set of new tires and wanted to do some preventative maintenance. The customer service was good but the wheel alignment failed miserably. The insides of the front tires worn out unevenly from the alignment. New tires were ruined within a year. Can't see myself going there anymore.

Stay away. Charged me for a break inspection that wasn’t done and then quoted $1100 to replace the breaks. Didn’t perform tire rotation as scheduled and didn’t replace the months old next service due sticker with today’s oil change, if that was even done. Clear case of consumer fraud.
