I had the most wonderful, fun, relaxing day with Karen and left with so happy with the results of my hair! We shared TWO hugs and that was my first appointment! I have looked for a hairdresser for quite awhile....! Have gone to a few local one wasn't happy... Was on FB and saw woman I knew from Canton...SALON 401 in Canton...,had forgotten all about her..!!!! She's been hairdresser forever!!! Very talented!!!

I have been going to Salon 401 for about 6 years. This salon is immaculate and Karen takes time to ensure everything she uses on you is clean. She listens to what you have to say and does what you want. I get compliments on my hair from day one and my eyebrows have never looked better. She is truly a professional.

I have know Karen for many many years, and I consider her my friend, as well as my hairdresser. She is so kind and sincere, and so willing to make sure that when you leave her salon, you are completely happy.
