I went to get a watch battery replaced and a tight knot taken out of a delicate chain. Michael was so friendly and welcoming from the start and my daughter and I left our jewelry there for him to take a look at. A few hours later we came back and he had the watch battery replaced and the difficult knot taken out. I was expecting to pay double the price that I did. I definitely will be returning to purchase some jewelry. Go to Roberts Jewelry , you will not be disappointed!

Roberts Jewelry is my go to place for appraisals, repairs and watch batteries and I recommend it highly! I recently needed to get my jewelry appraised for a new insurance policy. Adam was extremely helpful and did the appraisal very quickly. I also went there to have a link removed from a bracelet that was too big. Mike took the link off right away and didn't even charge me! I find both Mike and Adam to be honest, friendly and very accommodating!

I recently needed to get some jewelry appraised. Robert's was my 2nd call, and thankfully I didn't stop after my first. Not only were they accommodating, Adam saved me 80% compared to what the store across the street wanted to charge..Excellent and efficient service, great price and an overall pleasant experience. Would highly recommend these folks!

Came in to sell a gold bracelet that I had originally purchased from him for $900. He was extremely vague about what he could give me for it and was pushing that I would get more value if I swapped it for a new one. Since I had been in his store countless times before and thought I could trust him, I decided to exchange this bracelet for a new one that fit more comfortably around my wrist. Trusting his word and his judgement as a Canton local (my family has gone to his store for years) I agreed to exchange the bracelet AND front an additional $200 for a new 14k gold bracelet. Turns out the new bracelet I got is worth about $250 in gold. What he did to me should be considered illegal. I'm a young guy and don't know much about gold, but I sure know a lot more now and I definitely know that my family and I as well as everyone I know from Canton will get a firm warning to never visit these back alley trenchcoat wearing pocketwatch salesmen ever again. Don't get me wrong, if you want repairs, they'll do it for cheap if not free, but that's just them lubing you up before they bend you over the first time you decide to do real business.

I went to Robert's jewelers to have a watch battery replaced in my designer watch.The gentleman in the store tried 2 different batteries and the watch was not running.He told me repair would be $150 to $200 and the watch would have to be sent out. Because this is a designer watch (the quality of the mechanics is usually not great) he was showing me some other watches he had in the store. I ended up leaving the store with my broken watch. My cousin called the jeweler she uses in Quincy and was quoted $40 - $80 to replace the mechanics. The next day I got my watch back and was charged $10 BECAUSE IT JUST NEEDED A BATTERY! So I'm not sure if the store has bad batteries (remember they tried 2) or if I looked like an easy target. Either way I would never shop here because I wouldn't trust that what I was buying was genuine.

My husband dropped of my earing to get a post replaced. When we were away on vacation he surprised me with the " fixed" earings. They were not my earings. Robert's jewlers replaced my earings with a smaller, cheaper set. I had the earings for years and wore them all the time. Don't trust Robert's jewlers. Theives!!! Don't trust!!!!

I visited Roberts after my longtime jewelers retired. I have found the owners & staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have helped me with several repairs, a ring resizing & an appraisal so far, as well as providing excellent sales assistance. They are honest & reliable, and I find their prices and the quality of their merchandise to be quite fair. Its a pleasure to work with them and I will keep going back. I have my eye on some very nice pieces when the timing is right. Top-notch service, and convenient location with parking! Highly recommend!

Just found my new favorite jeweler right in Canton. Imagine walking into a Jeweler and paying half of what many places charge for battery replacement. So delighted that I had batteries replaced on the spot in 2 watches, then at no charge Mike polished my diamond and checked the prongs. Roberts Jewelry is located across from Cobbs Corner shops. Ill be bringing a bracelet for repair next week.

I went into Roberts Jewelers tonight. The owner was beyond friendly. I had broken my necklace. He fixed it within a matter of minutes. The service was great. I would recommend anyone to come see him for their jewelry needs. I will definitely be going back!
