We have a dry well in the parking lot which backs up after heavy rainfall. I contacted Podgurski's rep and got a quotation of $980 for cleaning the well using a Vactor truck. Then, the rep visited the site and gave a price of $1200. A week later, I received a proposal from them for $2230. Not an honest and professional firm.

We were looking for an estimate to convert from septic to town sewer. He came and promised he will get back to us with an estimate. We kept calling him and he kept on saying he will and he never did. Very unprofessional, and unsure of himself. He waisted our time, going with someone else who is better and more professional.

We had a terrible septic backup in our home over the winter. These guys came out and cleared the line and pumped out the system. We have been flowing nicely since! Thanks Podgurski corp! PS. Ask for Ed Hart. He is the best!

This review is not for service, but for honesty. I thought my septic needed pumping, but it did not, and they determined this over the phone so as to spare me a site visit and resulting charge. (This is a new home, and during the title 5 a pump out would have been done just months ago.) Many companies would have been happy to collect a site visit fee, but these folks were kind enough to take the time to ask the right questions and ensure it wasn't necessary. I will certainly be calling them when the time comes though!
