Called to have a tow if a car illegally parked in my deeded parking spot and bc it was after HOA working hours the tow guy was extremely rude. When i inquired about paying for the tow he told me i don’t own the lot and hung up on me. I’ll be sure to spread the word on this trash place.

Although i was pleasant to the driver and understood that I shouldn't have parked where I did; he lacked professionalism and average social graces. Pat's Towing has been a blight on the city of Worcester for decades and I will rejoice when they are finally out of business

While driving through Stoughton, my car broke down. I wanted to go with a local company, so I called Pat's Towing. Pat was there right away. He was very polite & caring. He even waited for my ride to come before he left. His prices & service are great! I recommend him highly!

Call the other Pat's Towing up the road. This guy is terrible. Had a high $ job for him and he kept hanging up on me because he wouldn't let me finish my sentence. He kept thinking I was looking for the other Pat's and assumed that we were of no interest to him. Guess he likes lighting money on fire.

Do NOT recommend. Charge a large fee for cleaning up after I was in a car accident when most places DO NOT charge a fee for that since it's the town that is supposed to ensure the roads are clean and pay from tax dollars to do so. I was not at fault. Also, EXTREMELY expensive storage fee per day for the car. And sketchy lot.

Can't thank this guy enough. Broken down on 128 during rush hour traffic with a flat tire. I called two other local companies. They never showed up. In the future if I have car trouble in the area, this will be the first company I call.
