"I am writing to express my concerns and frustration with my 2019 Ram ProMaster, which I purchased for approximately $37,000. Shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle, I experienced several issues, including:
- Brakes making noise
- Excessive movement when driving over 40 miles per hour
- Steering wheel shaking
I reported these problems to the dealership, and they took the vehicle in for repairs. However, after 14 days, the vehicle was returned to me without resolving the issues. I was then asked to bring the vehicle back in, and after another 10 days, I was informed that a replacement part had arrived. The part was installed, but the issues persist.
As a contractor, I rely heavily on my vehicle for work, and these issues are not only a safety concern but also a significant inconvenience. I have lost time and productivity due to these problems. I am afraid to drive the car because of the fear of losing control.
Furthermore, I have been disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the dealership, particularly from the sales team. While the service department has been slightly more helpful, they have failed to resolve the issues with my vehicle.
I request prompt attention to this matter to ensure my vehicle is safe and reliable. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible."
