I feel very fortunate to have found Living The Dream! As a female that grew up in a garage with a wrench in my hand...I've had numerous bad experiences when car shops assume ignorance and create invisible problems based solely on my gender. I've never had a more thorough and sound explanation of the diagnostic steps taken and explanation of diagnosis than I got from Brett. Not to mention the customer service is A++... a loaner car when my vehicle had to stay overnight, the automatic text messages with photos, and being able to pay contactless through my phone. The kindness I received from all staff when interacting is an added bonus. No doubt that this shop will be my first choice in the future!

Wow! I have driven by many times but never stopped. Today we went in for an inspection sticker and I could not be more impressed. Every person we interacted with was friendly and kind. The shop felt warm and inviting and it was clear from the atmosphere, the employees and the literature that they put customers first.

Like everyone else has said. These are the mechanics you write home about.
Honest, on time, and clean… what more could you ask for? I got such a good vibe the whole time. I love how they take photos of the issue and upload it into the portal for you to view and approve… super high tech and makes things transparent.
Me and my Toyota matrix will be coming back ?

This team did a great job on my 24 year old Infiniti. I was actually referred by the Boston Infiniti dealer. They diagnosed all of the problems without haste and fixed them in a convenient time frame at a reasonable price. They explained everything as they went along. Their electronic communication and business software is top notch. Bill Whalen is the service manager and has an impressive experience and fund of knowledge regarding vehicles that are not necessarily commonplace. I recommend Living The Dream Auto Care without reservation. Dr. Silver.

This experience was a bit different than previous experiences. I am removing one star only because I noticed my car (Mazda) was not washed and vacuumed after the service. This is usually a staple for LTDAC - like a cherry on top. I love that they used to do this. Not sure why they stopped. I spent over $1500 on services (spark plugs, axle, oil change etc.) for this car...please bring this complimentary service back.

We brought both of our cars here to be worked on. One just for maintenance and another for a big job. I’ve only had the pleasure of communicating with Brett & bill, who were both friendly and informative. Brett kept me in the loop for the entire process, thoroughly explained everything & even played a few rounds of phone tag without complaining haha. I’m happy to say our cars run great & I’d recommend this shop to anyone shopping around for a new place.

Started coming here several years ago for my annual car sticker and then started coming for oil changes. One of my work vans suffered some major electrical damage and they got me up and running quickly. Excellent communication and I am very impressed with their ease to work with.
