We couldn’t be happier with our remodel! From our first meet with Caroline to the completion of the project was a great experience!! After other quotes, we decide to go with John Dolan due to the “all inclusive” management style as general contractor for all vendors and their cabinetry options. We didn’t have any of the worries for scheduling any aspect of the remodel! John and his crew were outstanding! Whether it was the plumber, electrician, rip out crew, install, finished work, plasterer, or flooring, they showed respect for our property and answered any questions we had. Any interaction with the office was just as professional and helpful.
What a great family to do business with!
It confirms why they’ve been in business for 62 years!!!!

I was very pleased with John Dolan Flooring, Kitchen and Bath. From the beginning of the process, to the design, to the execution of our new kitchen, they were both professional and a pleasure to work with. Our kitchen was done on time and the final results exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is also excellent down to the minor detail- no complaints at all. Communication with the team was also easy and Caroline was always very responsive. Would absolutely work with them again on a future reno project!

It was a pleasure working with John Dolan Kitchen and Bath to redo our kitchen and refinish the floors in our entire house. They were very responsive throughout the whole process and perhaps most importantly, they always showed up when they said they would and stuck to the timeline that they represented (they even finished a bit early!). Everything turned out how we envisioned and we are so happy with the final product.

We absolutely love our new kitchen, and the overall remodel experience with Dolan was excellent.
Caroline was excellent during the quote/planning process. We came in with a design in mind, and Caroline helped us by making excellent suggestions for adjustments and guided us through picking finishes with knowledge and patience.
A major highlight was the crew. Every single person who came to our house was kind, hard working, and good at what they do. You could really tell they were determined to get things just the way we wanted them!
There were a couple unexpected challenges that could have really ruined the outcome (engineer determined we had to reinforce floors, we had to unexpectedly move a post in order for the design to work). If I had one criticism it would be that I wish there had been more communication from the team while we were figuring these things out, it was stressful for a bit! However, we are completely satisfied with the end result, and the extra cost was very reasonable for what had to be done.
Finally, the reason they would get 10 stars from me if I could: the job was completed so fast! They completely tore out the entire kitchen, replaced floors for basically half the 1st floor, did major structural work, and then built a very custom, high quality kitchen / living room in less than two months!!! You heard that right. I still can't believe it went so fast.

I'm very happy with my kitchen remodel! From initial consultation to final construction details, everything was done with an eye for detail, and the project was finished in a timely manner. I have used them for 3 other projects (2 bathrooms and a basement remodel) and would highly recommend.

John Dolan Flooring/Kitchen/Bath is an outstanding business/contractor. We most recently had our bathroom renovated but they have also done lots of other work (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, floor installation, carpeting and deck) in our previous home. This is a family-run business and they do fantastic work, in addition to making sure that everything is done perfectly and to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with the remodel of our home by the Dolans. They were always very responsive to our needs and helped us realize a more comfortable and convenient layout for our home. Our new kitchen is gorgeous. We made a small bedroom into master bath that was a big project, including a washer/dryer, rain shower and double vanity that turned out just how we dreamed it. An outdated main bath is now luxurious for our guests. Caroline helped us make our selections for cabinets, tile and fixtures that are beautiful and functional. All questions and issues were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We love our home.

We worked with John Dolan Kitchen & Flooring for a kitchen renovation this spring - they were incredible!!! Every step of the process was easy because it was all coordinated through them. Caroline helped us finalize our design. She was excellent and ensured everything came together beautifully. The product selection for each component of the design was great, we found everything we wanted through JD. The crew was clean and there wasn’t even a dumpster in the driveway, everything was taken off site during the demo. They even recommended Poirier for appliances and they were fantastic as well. I really can’t say enough good things. I would absolutely recommend working with John Dolan Kitchen/Bath/Flooring if you’re looking into a renovation.

I had my bathroom remodeled with John Dolan and it was a wonderful experience. Construction is never easy but from the very beginning picking out my tiles etc.. to them installing everything was a great experience. Everyone is so helpful, respectful and prompt. I don’t have anything but good things to say about this entire team!!
