As a AAA member, we needed a tow – based on my location they sent a driver from Interstate Wrecker Service, and we could not have been more impressed! The flatbed tow truck arrived amazingly quickly and David, the driver, was so nice and very conscientious, taking great care with both our car and our driveway when arriving at our home. Worked with Interstate through AAA. The tow driver Adam was super nice in a situation that was incredibly stressful. I didn't catch that I would need cash for the tow but Adam was patient while I ran to an ATM. AAA made a good choice to work with Interstate and if I was in a situation where I needed a tow again I'd be happy to work with them.

I waited 2 hours for a different tow company to show up from my insurance, called these guys and I was back home with my car in 20 minutes. Guy on the phone and the tow truck driver were as polite as could be. Good price just make sure you have cash! The kind of service I hope I don’t need again but would be happy to receive again from this company.Service: Car towing

Scammed me out of 130 bucks. Pulled my car off the road even though i told them AAA was 5 minutes away. Have to pay cash, don't accept any other payment. They will literally drive you to the atm, or will impound your car... if you need any private towing services use Chuckran's Towing, Recovery & Transport... they have been much more fair to me on price and quality of service. These guys can and will scam you. Beware.

These guys are top notch! The owner Mike and his crew were the kindest and very concerened about their elderly customer. They all went above and beyond to not only help with his car but they helped get him medical attention he needed and checked on him after the fact. I have never dealt with kinder people and in today's crazy, non trusting world it was so nice to see. Thank you for all your help and being so kind hearted!!

This company quoted me $120 to deliver a gallon of gas FOUR MILES from their shop. That's obscene. During daylight hours, mind you. Extremely unprofessional. I towed cars for 7 years and companies like this, predatory towers, are what's wrong with the industry. I highly advise against using this service. A local road service call should cost no more than $75, but around $50 is reasonable. Don't be taken advantage of.
