Multiple times I have ordered things online and they ship whatever half version of it they have to you. It’s happened so often that I’m positive it’s their policy. But what’s a sole human supposed to do to a giant corporation that rips you and thousands of others off?

I purchased a GE dishwasher from Home Depot in December 2023. It was delivered on Jan 3rd and on Jan 10th it flooded my kitchen. The GE technician found a hole in the machine - it was a faulty machine. I have been fighting with GE daily since then, given several inaccurate order numbers, scenarios, delivery dates, etc. and Home Depot has not been able to help me. I could have gone anywhere to purchase the dishwasher at the same price but I chose Home Depot. Never again! We've made countless household purchases from Home Depot over the last 3 decades - 18 appliances, lumber, interior and exterior doors, decking, furniture, grills, carpet, every possible tool. I could go on and on. I've been getting various stories from the Bellingham location as well and I have to keep following-up with them too. The information is not any better than the false information from GE. I bought the appliance FROM Home Depot and six weeks later it's still my issue to chase down a replacement. There is no shipment date. All I want is a refund so I can purchase a new dishwasher elsewhere and move on with my life. I filed a complaint with the BBB for GE and plan to do so as well for Home Depot. I truly don't know how else this is resolved and the lack of attention and customer service is so disappointing.

Horrible at fulfilling your order !! Ordered a radiant pex tubing to do a job and when I needed 500 feet more I ordered the same product and for a month now back and forth with customer service not the store customer service they have been great but the fulfillment center. It’s full of people who can’t follow instructions they keep substituting a different product than what I ordered even after several notices on order not to substitute they can’t get it right !!Tired of the excuses and the sorry this is happening. Just want to finish this job with the correct product, so frustrating!!

Home Depot uses false advertising to try and win you over. They have an item for sale with free delivery, they then proceed to say they can’t sell if for that price because of my Zipcode. The item clearly says the sale price and free shipping to my address but they refuse to honor it.

I was not allowed to spend two one hundred dollar bills ona $183.60 sale. Cashier said they cant take multiple large bills. You know who will take my money and business? Every other supply store. Those bills say for legal tender public and private.

This home depot in Hyannis Massachusetts is the worst in the US! My Son worked for this store, our family lost my other son, he passed away and not one person from my sons job called to check on him after losing his brother! They have no heart, they do NOT care about their employees at all! I've been trying to call for 3 weeks and not 1 person has returned my call!

I will start by saying I have spent well over 20k at Home Depot while building our home. We have nothing but issues throughout the whole build from them. Damaged items or wrong items sent. Recently I purchased three items worth over 1k in total. Home Depot as of now has canceled or rescheduled our shipment twice now. I called to find out it was about a wrong address even though they’ve sent thousands in items to our home. I then called the home delivery which contracts to get your appliances to your home. They told me that I was lied to that my item has been less than an hour from my home and has been there for almost a month. When I called back to address the situation I was confronted like I was the problem and put on hold several times and most recently spent two hours on hold where I had to hang up. I was told prior to being put on hold that because Home Depot messed my address up I would have to redo the order and would take two more weeks to get the item. This has cause great strain as we planned for this item to be here for a reason. Regardless this situation should have never happened but more importantly when you are a consumer spending any money let alone a lot you shouldn’t be lied to. I did tell Home Depot I was recording for my purposes and will be seeking legal action as they have over 1k in my money with no intention of sending my item to my home. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them as they blame everything on third parties and Covid.

I bought vinyl tiles and was told both from the sales person and the person who came to measure that the tile could be installed over my ceramic tiles because if there are unleveled places the installer can fix it with a skim coat. I wasn't allowed to schedule installation until all the materials arrived. When it was picked up, the ordet was missing one box of tiles. I waited another week to get these. The installer came almost 2 months later and I was told my ceramic floor had to be removed before installing the vinyl tiles. He said it wasn't level which would compromise the new tiles. It would also cost another $900, which I had not budgeted for and they couldn't reschedule this until August, which means it is taking 4 months for this to be completed!It would benefit everyone to have the person completing the job to be the same person to measure and assess what is needed initially. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I will never use home depot again for a project.

Don't ever buy the Home Depot Protection Plan for anything! It is such a scam!!! They will give you the run around and tell you that you don't have the proper documentation! Really Home Depot???

I placed an order that was originally supposed to arrive by May 18th and when it did not arrive, I checked my account and the date was changed to May 28th. It is now June 27th and I still have not received my order. I called the customer service line that followed my order history and waited on hold for way too long to speak to a person then it sent me directly to a customer survey before I was able to speak to anyone. It should not be that difficult to speak to a person and it definitely should not take this long to receive my product THAT IS ALREADY PAID FOR.
