Clean, modern rooms and the look to be doing well keeping it that way. Bathroom is well laid out and modern, with a shower that is NOT overpressure. The shower nozzle was new and functioned well with different settings (this is not always the way at some Hiltons). The bed was very comfortable and the temperature maintained well with the newer HVAC units. Keurig in room and refrigerator for my leftovers. If my wife was with me, she would have enjoyed the large, open closet with ample storage.The lobby areas, dining room and buffet were all spotless and clean. The staff is obviously doing a great job.I can tell the staff is attentive. It shows. Thank you for a really pleasant stay. I'm putting my "Favorite" heart on this one in the app, so I will remember to return.

Very strange experience:Needed name verification from the person who booked the room. No worries, there…I’d rather a company be cautious over reckless.Desk rep let us know where and when breakfast would be - nice, but failed to mention that it wasn’t complimentary. Don’t expect anything and this is knowledge I could have had; that said, if you’re going to upsell, you have to actually sell.Room was on the top floor, very back corner, ADA room. Were it not for the fact that there were maybe 20 Guests that night…whatever. You fill your rooms. This either seemed intentional to place us in that corner (why fill your ADA rooms when there are others open? Someone needing that bed would have an interesting story if they got turned away because I was in that room.I woke up coughing pretty solid. The filters show a possible why.The shades were odd in that room. The electric-powered shade was lacking in opacity and didn’t help anything. The blinds didn’t close.*Not claiming origin* while I don’t know where this came from, I have a very itchy rash on my ankle and small bite-ish marks on my hand. Could have been from several locations…I mention it because the itching started overnight in that bed and flared most that morning.Honorable mentions - bed was as if a safe had been dropped on it multiple times, every day for the last year. Uncannily inconsistent bed.Master switches are not a concern - but, if your hotel has them, it should probably be mentioned to avoid wandering in darkness to find light.

We had an excellent stay here after a very long international flight. Our daughters first stay at a hotel couldn’t have gone better. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff were exceptional. Our four year old was thrilled over the complimentary hot chocolate stand and had her first hot chocolate with marshmallows, while the adults loved the complimentary Dunkin coffee. Their breakfast spread is delicious and we can’t wait for our next stay. Thank you all for excellent service, this was our best hotel stay yet!

Amazing people work here. All those positive reviews before me are accurate. The hotel looks fairly new, so it’s in great condition. Soundproofing between rooms is better than other similar brands, which was a pleasant surprise.The location is near the highway but also in a quiet corner. Food options are a 7-8 minute drive away, but there are two gas stations nearby. There’s no free breakfast but the onsite bar and restaurant look good.

I stayed here for two long periods this year while visiting family in the area. I love Hilton properties because of the service and amenities but this one it stands out to me because of the wonderful people that work there. I would like to personally think Mr. Levi Bray for resolving a serious issue that I encountered during my first stay. His actions and caring about my issue made it a no-brainer what hotel I would choose when returning to the area. I would also like to commend Angelo who greeted me every morning at breakfast. He was a perfect example of what a hospitality employee should be. I look forward to returning in the future when my needs arise. Thank you to all at this Hilton garden inn.

Great stay and clean rooms. When I say Sheranya, the front desk supervisor was so accommodating and helpful she made the trip as smooth as can be from late night food suggestions, kid friendly suggestions and also being extremely courteous, professional and friendly. Hilton Garden Inn in Canton Boston is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at. From Free Parking, to friendly front desk staff. This hotel is in a quiet setting away from the busy City. Nice modern look, awesome decor, clean and hallways smelled good. Walked into our room and it was, clean and smelled fresh. Ive been to other hotels that cost a whole lot more, with rooms that smelled like a dirty gym room. Waiting for us was a Keurig coffee machine with dunkin donuts k cups ready to go. Its the little things like that to make you feel good. They do charge for breakfast which we didn't try but im sure its great. Awesome hotel if your visting Boston like we did. Do not hesitate!Rooms: Clean rooms, smelled fresh. Great black out window shades. Keurig coffee machine. Great LG TV with youtube built in.Safety: It felt safe as it was in a quiet and very private setting.

This was a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned well and the breakfast was great! Our server Angelo was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m impressed with this property! From check in to check out it was a great experience. The gal at the desk was so helpful and friendly and the rooms are great. The bathroom was light and bright. The room clean and I appreciate the hard surface floor in the entry. Oh and plenty of easy to get to outlets!!

My wife and I had breakfast on Friday morning. The food was excellent but what really made our experience was our time with Angelo. He was friendly, helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are extremely clean. Great customer service, I felt so welcomed by all staff. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it.

Will be back when we travel to see my daughter in Dorchester! Great location and quiet! Stay here to get a restful night's sleep. Pet friendly for an additional charge but well worth it.Rooms: Get the Corner King... you won't regret it!

Generally speaking a great place to stay . Breakfast wasn’t great but it will do, they need to upgrade their restaurant recommendations , the kitchen closed early because the cook got sick, maybe there should be two cooks, late arrivals, after midnight , you get hungry from traveling, a “late night “ menu would be a nice addition .
