After a minor accident with my son's 2009 Ford Fusion we took the car to Hi Tech Collision Center. They did a very professional repair and painting job. This Fall, a large tree limb fell on the roof of this car as well as shattered the rear windshield. The insurance company estimated that the cost of repairs would exceed the total valued of the car. I contacted Hi Tech again and after speaking with Natasha at the front desk she was able to arrange for Marcio and a tech to come out to my house and inspect the damage. They concluded that they could repair the vehicle for slightly more than the insurance company wanted to give me for the car. Very pleased by the friendliness, transparency, and professionalism from all with whom I interacted. Very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to all my friends. Many thanks Marcio and Natasha.Services: Body & Trim

Both times I've needed repairs hi tech collision has been helpful. They were the fastest shop I could find, the owner is very friendly, and the whole shop shows that they care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend

Beware of this place. They do a good job fixing your car but the front desk people are highly unprofessional in my opinion. I had my car brought to them to be fixed after a no-fault accident (i got rear-ended so the other party's insurance was paying for fixing my car). When i went to pick up my car, they just stuck me with the **** the other person's insurance did not pay for without any warning ahead of time. They just made up numbers about what money was missing, could not explain why they did not receive a payment from the other person's insurance company and would not release the car until i paid it. They essentially did not care that i was caught between the auto body shop and the other person's insurance company after a no-fault accident. Hopefully i will never need a body shop again but if i do, this will not be the one i choose.
