His knowledge and attitude towards training and building strength and speed is a major reason I kept in shape and made gains in the gym. When I met Andy at age 12, I played 2 sports year-round, and I gained a baseline of lifts and understanding of training. I stayed with Andy all through middle school sports, making gains the whole way. When I changed my sports in High School, my training and experience with Andy became elevated. Paired with his nutrition advice, I was able to get myself in the best shape of my life for my senior year sports seasons. My relationship with Andy has spanned almost a decade, and I could not recommend his services more to anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape, and train for sports in a fun and competitive environment.”

“Everything I want out of a gym and nothing I don't. Unlike many gyms I've been to, I have used almost every piece of equipment at the gym, and it's rare I find myself wishing they had anything more. And everything is kept in good condition!The locker rooms are kept in good condition and the sauna is a great way to recover after a tough workout.The staff is very kind as well as the other gym goers!”
