We were educated on Consumer Reports reviews, so that combined with the years of experience from the manager, we found the perfect mattress! Manager spent a lot of time educating us and letting us try options from their large selection. You spend a third of your life on a mattress so pick a winner! Had a factory defect in the delivered platform and they immediately replaced it. Great service. Prices were competitive. Could you find a slightly cheaper mattress online? Maybe. But given the service and the value of the assistance from the store in selecting, we are very pleased with the purchase. We're not one of those sleaze bags that go try in the store, then order online somewhere else.”

“Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.”

“Great fun to look around at assorted Objects. All the Area/stores are connected With ramps. Technically one floor. There are plenty of space for parking. So if needed you could park on one side goes through to drive down to Finish the other stores. When I was there they did have a food truck but otherwise than that not Much to get. Warning the facility Is not air conditioners, They do have fans through the building and one of the areas they do offer free water. Make sure you wear good shoes. Some of the entrance ways do not have handrails. Bring something to drink”

“After a great experience in the bedding department we moved on to outdoor furniture and had the pleasure of working with Derrick Roderick. Whoever does the hiring at Jordan's is to be commended because we had two of the best buying experiences we've ever had. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Once we narrowed it down we got comfortable at the set we liked the most and chatted with Derrick for about 15 minutes weighing the pros and cons of the set versus one other. Once decided he went to work with the business manager to get us the best deal. We laughed that he was like Howie Mandel working on our behalf.
