We got four bids for a new boiler/furnace/oil tank, and Lamparelli gave us the best price and service plan. They installed the entire system quickly and came back until all the kinks were ironed out. Workers were knowledgeable, polite, and did a great clean up. The fire dept inspector said it was one of the most "beautiful" installs he'd ever seen. HIghly recommend.

Lamparelli Oil is hands down one of the best Oil/Gas companies around. I have used them in our home for over 15 years and they have never let us down. Their repair/maintenance program is proactive and helps prevent unplanned repairs. If you do ever have a problem, they respond within hours and fix it right the first time.

I have been a customer of lamparelli for over 20 years. They continue to provide the best customer service. I called this morning at 8:30am about an issue with my furnace. They had a technician there by 10:30am to resolve the issue.

I had a propane representative come to my home to give me an estimate to have some propane tanks installed. Unfortunately my original plan couldn't be accomplished due to clearances and regulations, but the rep was extremely knowledgeable and was not only able to give me an alternative option but also explain why my original plan wouldn't work. I appreciate his promptness, I left him a voicemail late Monday afternoon and got a call back the next day where we were able to schedule a time for him to come out on Wednesday. He also quickly provided me with a proposal with all the information we discussed. He was available by email to answer any additional questions I had once I received the proposed agreement.Thank you!

I am speaking only about the AC service. I do not have oil heat.Genuinely the worst service experience I have ever had. They installed our AC units 4 or 5 years ago, they have had problems every year. Other companies looking at their work have marveled at how poorly engineered it is.Additionally, their service is terrible. There are a couple of good AC techs, and you will be fine if they show up. There are a number who do not due basic due diligence.Last straw for me is they showed up today for a service call. They added coolant to the outside unit, which is fine. The technician did not set foot in the house, did not test the air coming out of the vents for temperature, and did even look at the unit in the attic. Unsurprisingly, this did not work. The temperature has not dropped one degree in the two hours since the technician left.ALL of this might have been okay. Mistakes happen, whatever. But for at least the third time, the owner was combative and uncooperative when I called to ask that they come back and actually complete the service call. "He can tell from outside, he doesn't need to go in." "Don't tell me he didn't do the job?" "I'll see if I can get him back there but we are slammed." Angry, miserable, jerk. Worst company in the AC business. Go anywhere else.Bottom line: Choose this company for AC if you want a company that will do shoddy work, not stand behind it, and angrily treat you like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Choose ANYONE ELSE if you want good AC service.See picture for an example of their engineering.

I have a hard time understanding their billing system. It seems as though they deliver frequently we keep our thermostat at 62° in the winter and turn it off for several months of the year. When I had called to ask about how they estimate how much oil to deliver and to explain my bill, I only received an indifferent response with no additional information about it. Their fuel delivery rate seems to be higher than other places around us. I would not recommend this place if you are on a budget as they do not spread your bills out monthly. I had frequent bills this past winter, 2022-2023 totaling over $800. Now I just received another delivery in May 2023 for almost $400. I am not sure how they determine when to deliver oil or if they just estimate. The problem is that it may all be accurate and on the up and up but due to limited information about your account and limited information given by the company, it is difficult to know.I must give them credit for their excellent response time for emergencies as well as general maintenance.Also to update: They have finally started to enroll customers for monthly budget billing however unlike other companies with the technology and easy website account viewing/managing, we are made to enroll first online then by mailing in another form (my not having a printer doesn’t help either!). I just received an email with the subject line: “It's the Last Chance to Enroll in Our Budget Plan!”

I was on vacation and my alarm system sent a freeze alert on Sunday as my heat had stopped working. The on-call technician was flexible in making sure that I could coordinate a family member to come open the door and let the technician in. He quickly got the heat working. The next Saturday, the same thing happened again and they responded quickly!While we finally got to the root of the problem the Lamparelli team really went the extra mile to ensure that we had heat in our house and that our pipes didn't freeze while we were away.Thank you!
