Marissa did an AMAZING job on all of my flowers. Pricing was very affordable. $845 for Bridal Bouquet, MOH Bouquet, Baby's Breath for 6 tins down the aisle, Groom Boutonniere, Best Man and Groom's Son Boutonnieres, Unity Table Arrangement, Memory Table Arrangement and 5 Centerpieces, including the vases, White Peonies, White Roses, Blue Delphiniums, Blue Thistles, Blue Hydrangeas, and Eucalyptus, they were exactly how I imagined. They were delivered on time to both the Ceremony and Reception venues. I was so pleased!

I’ve used Ami’s for a couple of years now and their flowers always wow. Even showing up on Mother’s Day I was given great service and a beautiful bouquet.

Never in my life would I have thought a company that has been in business for years would have treated my husband and I this way. My husband showed the shop owner some flowers that I liked. She said that she could make some flowers up that were pictured . She took payment and never gave him a receipt. When picking up the flowers they were nothing like the pictures that were shown to the owner. We both went back into the shop and put the flowers on the table . One of her workers asked if there was a problem. We said that this was not anything that I liked and would like a refund. She said she didn’t know how to do this that she would have to get the owner. My husband told the owner these were nothing like the pictures you were shown. To that she said the flowers were special and that they were from Ecuador. Meanwhile in the shop there were buckets of the same flowers. She told us that she does not give refunds and went onto the next customer. We left the shop with no flowers , no refund and nothing was done. What a way of ruining someone day and my valentine’s .I do not understand an owner that says look at all the other 5 star reviews. That does not negate the experience I had by the owner. First impression really count and you missed the mark. Both my husband and I never got a receipt even when going back into the shop. The owner said she never did one or could not seem to find one. What happened to having any kind of customer service?

BUYER BEWARE THIS SHOULD BE ON A NEWS STATION: If I could give this flower shop a zero I would. My husband had showed the shop owner some flowers that I liked. She said no problem we can do that. They took payment and never gave him a receipt. My husband picked up the flowers and gave them to me. We both looked at them with disbelief that these flowers were nothing like my husband had asked for. We both went back into the shop, put the flowers on the table and told the owner these were nothing like the pictures you were shown. To that she said these flowers we went into Boston to pick out and they are from around the world. Meanwhile walking around her shop there were a bunch of the same flowers in buckets that people were coming in to self arrange. She then said we do not offer refunds, either I could pick something else out or get a store credit. Without a blink she went onto the next costumer and then to the next . We walked out in disbelief we left the flowers there. There are no signs saying once payment is taken there are no refunds.They were not for me, they were for my wife.Everyone taste is different. The customer in this case was my wife. You messed this opportunity by a long shot. Shame on you for being a money grabbing person. Your employee didn't know how to credit my card back so she ask you for help. You would of thought she would of said that your company doesn't give refunds.What a bad person you are.

They did a fantastic job, delivering flowers on time and with a nice hand written note, my mom was so happy and I’m very thankful to the store. Would highly recommend again.

About 10 years ago, we had used this company in the past for previous family members' funerals and had a pleasant and exceptional experience. We had hoped this most recent time would be the same, but unfortunately that was not the case by any means. Not only were our flowers delivered late, well after our wake had begun, and although the casket spray was done beautifully, the additional products we received for inside the casket to be beside our family member were completely incorrect, but seemingly thrown together last minute and sloppily. The words were very obviously taped on a strip of card stock, and overall it just looked very out of place. To say we're disappointed is an understatement, especially for such an important and significant day for our family. It's a shame to have an unsatisfactory outcome having had good luck with a company previously.

I was around when ami was selling flowers in the parking lot because I was one of his customers. I was there every Sunday to purchase flowers for my condo. He did my wedding 30 years ago and still have. One of the peavcr. Lilly plants. I moved to swampscott so my Sunday flowers stopped. I still have not found anyone like Ami. I placed an order by phone with a woman with detailed instructions but when I went to pick it up, the gentlemen told me he didn't have any instructions on the order and had to guess. It was not at all what I asked for.
