Came here back in the summer of 2014 after I moved here from Florida. I had a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT Black Top with the window tint at 20% on the sides, 5% on the back window and 3% on the 6" front windshield strip. That tint percentage was legal in Florida, but not legal in MA. Chris was the manager and he took real good care of my vehicle. I had to remove my old tint and replace it with new tint so my Florida car would pass MA inspection. I was very happy with the quality of the window tint and the price was reasonable. It has lasted 7 years and looks as good now as it did when they first installed it. Thank you Chris and all the guys at Detailz!

Says they open at 8am, The doors were locked. I waited until 9:30 for someone to come, called numerous times and messaged them on Facebook with no response. Do not come here, such a waste of time.

Customer service is non existent. No answer to phone calls. They’re supposedly open at 8:00 am. It’s 9:25 and I’m still waiting for the doors to open, even with an appointment

I went to being my car in for a detail. I have a gift certificate for a “complete suv detail” expires 12/18/22. They would not honor it because they said there’s a new manager. And they would not give us any credit because there’s no way to know what the amount was for. But offered to still clean the car if we paid the full 230$. Horrible.

Do Not Go to Detailz! I have a gift certificate with a expiration of 12/18/22. Went to drop my car off and they said they will not accept it because there is a new owner. And they have no way of knowing what's "complete SUV detail" cost when purchased, and they wouldn't give any credit towards the service. But they would be happy to still do it for the full 230$. Absolutely awful.

I've been going here for years and never had an issue. I've even given them 5 stars in the past. 2 weeks ago I had my truck detailed there and I wasn't able to pick the truck up because I was at work. I had my cousin and mother get it and drop it off to me at work. When he dropped it off none of the interior glass was cleaned, the dashboard was covered with dust, in between the center console and seats wasn't cleaned, the door handles are still dirty, the vents haven't been cleaned and the rims weren't done. That's unacceptable for $228. I emailed them the next day, then again a week later and I have yet to hear back from anyone. They've completely fell off on quality. Save your money, find somewhere else.

just picked up my white X5 worst detail job ever they didn't even get the cookies and crumbs out of where my daughter sits where akasi was they didn't get the cup holders didn't get in between the seats worst job ever waste of over $300 for a detail funny thing is I work for a car dealership and my guys want to smoke them they were unprepared for the car and look very distraught when we dropped it off worst detail ever I would never recommend this place don't even go there

Haven't used this place in years but used to worked for a car rental company and we used Detailz exclusively to detail our cars when necessary. Checked them out today for my personal vehicle for window tinting. Chris did an amazing job! Their prices were fair and the level of professionalism/craftsmanship exceeded my expectations!

Brought my bmw there and they did everything in an hour. Clean install! Very happy with the results. Will be bringing more cars in the future. They have my business
