My older model 2001 BMW 525i was involved in a parking lot fender bender and I wanted to make sure that my 24 year old Bimmer would be taken good care. After much research I decided on Canton Auto Body, Inc. The staff here are superb! Lia handled all my paperwork and was so helpful and accommodating dealing with the insurance companies and appraiser. The head auto body specialist Gabriel inspected my vehicle and was very transparent and thorough with his estimate of my vehicle repairs. I also decided to have additional work done on my vehicle to address small rust marks and typical wear and tear on on my bumpers, mirrors, side skirts and color-matched side door molding trim. I am blown away at the level of detail and craftsmanship that goes into their work. The rust repair, the paint job, the clear coat and all the minute detail work is first-class. I highly recommend this auto body shop for your next repair or paint work. Lia always greets you with a smile and Gabriel and his team will treat your car as if it were your own. Prices for their repair work is very reasonable for such high-level of work. The interior of my car was cleaned and vacuumed too!

I needed a very small repair. I brought my car in, they looked at it right away and fixed it on the spot! It was so minor they didn’t even charge me! And the administrative person, Lia was welcoming and friendly!!

Went in for work on my car after my hood had broken off my car; needed a new windshield, side parts, etc. It took quite a while, but I completely understood because the parts took a good amount of time to be delivered. However after about two/three months, I finalllly went in to pick it up and there was a burn hole in my passenger seat! It looked exactly like a cigarette burn. When I informed them, the owner had the audacity to ask me if I smoke/if I dropped a cigarette and blamed me not his workers! Clearly I had just gone to pick it up so either a tool melted my seat or it was one of their workers. They did order me a new seat, but in the meantime I had to drive around with no passenger seat for another month!! Terrible customer service regarding the accusations and I swear ever since I went there my car has been making weird noises/not working as well as before. Don’t go here!!

Great experience I was rear ended in Feb and was referred to this place to repair my car...Lia was amazing she went above and beyond to help me with my complicating car rental situation. Communication and updates were excellent Lia and everyone else I spoke with made sure I knew everything that was going on regarding my car. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly. This place repaired my car quick and cleaned my car spotless also received a nice keychain. I definitely recommend them... they are amazing and fast.

Our Honda Odyssey was rear ended and Canton Auto Body were able to fit us into their schedule within just a couple of days while most other body shops had waiting periods of a couple of months. The communication from Canton Auto Body was great. They let us know if there were any issues, they kept to their timeline and they went above and beyond for us in diagnosing an issue we thought was due to the accident but was just coincidental. Really solid work, communication and attention to the details. Thankyou.
