Hands down the best paint store in the area. Called in orders are ready in 5 minutes for pickup, and prices at at par or better in comparison to other stores in the area. Knowledgable staff and full selection.

I initially stopped by Babel's (now owned by National Lumber) last week as I am beginning to embark on a big wall refurbishing and painting project of my very old plaster walls. Ken and Michael were amazingly helpful answering all sorts of questions I had (I had a lot!). I walked away with a good idea of a plan of attack and an understanding of what I needed do before coming back when I settled on colors. I went back today, asked many more questions, and got everything I needed from paint and brushes to joint compound and sanding sponges. The store is well laid out and the staff team really went the extra mile, even reminding me to give them a call or stop by if I had any additional questions.

Love this store. The staff is super knowledgeable and always gives the best recommendations. Yes the product is expensive. They sell Benjamin Moore Paint. It is what it is. But I can't tell you how much time and frustration I've saved after talking to the folks there and buying the correct product for the application. Whether I need something for Exterior, walls, ceiling, tough to paint stuff, something with durability, the right sheen and look, something the cleans up well... the staff knows it all. Yes you can spend less money up front at Home Depot. But completing the job will take twice as long (sometimes even more), and the result will be substantially worse and less long-lasting. I'm crazy about this place and won't go anywhere else for paints anymore. Do it right the first time and go to Babel's. I'm serious.

Horrible service. I went in looking for a gray with no undertones. Girl told meTo go look at the swatches. You would think if you're working there you would know what does and don't. People that works there don't know anything about their job. Which is sad because they should. I also ask about the stick and peel swatches the guy didn't know if they had it or not. Like seriously? I'm taking my business elsewhere.
