This has always been a go to store here in Canton, but Lately, in the Last month or so I've noticed that the drink section (not aLcohoL!) has been almost entirely depleted, except for a few drinks!? it's just strange to me! i was obsessed with this 7-11 about 15years ago, &i gotta say since the oLd owner Left, i personaLLy feeL Like they've gone downhiLL.

7/11 offered free small slushies currently until 7/11/2022. (Karen), the store clerk informed my 11 and 15 year old they would have to pay for them and complained that she had been dealing with this all day. My wife and I showed Karen the offer from 7/11 corporate but she refused to honor it even though we were members and provided the required scanning codes. I told he we would pay for them and complain to corporate regarding the interaction. At that point she asked that we leave the store. Terribly nasty attitude. Who would turn an 11 and 15 year old away from buying a slushie that should have been free according to their offer? Remedy: we went to the Dedham 7/11, had our free slushies and a wonderfully refreshing interaction with the clerk and went about our day. Later, we lodged a complaint with 7/11 corporate about the Canton stores interaction and mentioned how wonderfully different the Dedham store was. How many people I wondered had been turned away or forced to pay for something that should have been free?
