I have lived here the last 6 months. All the amenities are clean and well managed. Maintenance is very prompt if there are any issues which is rare. Extremely high value for price, it is just as good if not better than the surrounding apartments for $400 dollars a month cheaper. It was such a pleasure to tour the apartment. The management team is great! Ted was especially enthusiastic about his job, professional in answering all my questions, and very patient throughout the whole tour. He showed me all the units that accommodate my WFH needs and allowed me to think over the two options.
