Quieter and a little more manageable in size than the Whole Foods I went to in Boston. This Whole Foods is clean with friendly efficient service from the team members who made our two chef's plates. $14 each for a chili salmon, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato wedges and London broil slices with garlic kale salad and sweet potatoes. Everything was excellent and each chef's plate had two meals worth of fresh, delicious and somewhat healthy food. Their dining area is hidden in the back and has utensils, cups, tables and chairs. And they have an ample wine selection also. Restrooms are nearby.

Overpriced and also one of the wraps for sale was already expired. The price is not great. I would shop somewhere else, this wasn't a great experience for me. Also the employees look slightly depressed.

It's already a shame for you, the quality of the food served in self-service, you just keep reheating it, and reusing the same food every day, you just keep reheating it, it's rubbish, what about vegetables? They are already creating fungi, that's all over the whole foods chain, the onions are already turning black, I picked up some pasta today and it's already sour, I just hope I don't get sick from it, I should return this WITH food, it is clear that your level is going downhill, the whole whole foods chain, not to mention the dirt...

The customer service could use some work here. When people are staged at a demo, are they not supposed to engage. I was at the hot bar [a week or so ago], the woman at the wine demo looked so disinterested in the task at hand. I kept looking over to inquire but she was so miserable, I just bought wine elsewhere. I go to checkout with a WF gift card that would not scan at self-checkout--after an employee at the service desk almost helped another customer WHO ARRIVED AFTER HE HAD ALREADY BEGUN TO ADDRESSS ME, he walks over. He scans 2 or 3 times and states "it is not working"--just to paint a picture, I told him that when he approached. I asked should I go to a register? He indicates "it won't work". I then responded, "so...what can we do here?" I am at the register with dinner and he says VERBATIM "You can print it off the computer". If anyone can explain how that helped me in that current space, I will treat you to dinner at WF! That weekend, I used the card [barcode on my phone like the 1st time] successfully AT A REGISTER.....

Staying at doubletree hotel for two weeks. Convince is everything. I like picking up food for breakfast instead of paying $25 a day. Quality looks good but the fruit was not ripe.

To expensive to shop here and half the time the produce is gross and rotting they don’t throw out the old moldy fruit they just put the new shippmint on top of them. Just yesterday 9/19/23 I was there and wanted oranges there were like 5 moldy ones just sitting on top with a worker in front of it just putting more out. They also instead of throwing it out will take the rotting produce when they do notice and donate it to the Cambridge Community Center.

Was charged for 255 bags for two items on 8/6/23. Called WF Customer Service on 8/15/23. No response as of 8/28/23. Why would I purchase 255 bags!?! Meanwhile Bezos is on his $500 million dollar yacht laughing at hard working Americans that are cheated by his companies.

Loved it. Very fresh fruit and vegetables, and I find stuff that I can't find anywhere else. It's a little expensive but I think it's worth every penny

Super convenient for Harvard students, and big plus for the parking lot. They have all the essentials and normal whole foods items, the one down side is that at 6 pm almost the entire hot deli section was gone, and what was left was super dried up. Not sure if it was an off day, hopefully it's not like this normally but this was the only bad thing I noticed!

They had what I came for (at about 20% premium over Wegmans or Shaws), but I was passing right by. What spurrs me to review though, was seeing what appeared to be an ‘intact’ Dogo Argentino walking the aisles with his owner. He was leashed, but still……. Except for clearly marked service dogs, I didn’t know dogs were allowed in supermarkets in Massachusetts (my own dog was waiting in my car with the AC running). An intimidating animal anywhere, but especially in the close quarters of this Whole Foods - I saw a mother hurriedly guide her child down an aisle to avoid having to pass that dog and owner. I kept my distance, too.

Where did the scales to weigh produce go?? People can only spend so much grocery shopping and how are they supposed to budget when the price of the fruit and vegetables is a mystery until checking out? Also, why can't WFM use compostable produce bags like Trader Joe's?

Nice and convenient. Small and super busy, but we’ll-stocked. Parking is never a problem.
