In 2023 it amazes and disgusts me how much Victoria’s Secret STILL discriminates women over a certain size. APPARENTLY women’s empowerment it hasn’t fully caught on.

Nice items however, cashier had poor customer service and when I asked her about the lip gloss sale she told me they were regular price when they actually had a buy 2 get 1 free sale going.

Wouldn't process our return even though we had the receipt and the product was unworn. The manager was rude and wouldn't even tell us why she wouldn't accept it, she just said the right to reject any return. Why?? Terrible. UPDATE: we went to a different location and they accepted the return no questions asked. Why wouldn't this manager just tell us the issue? Why was she so rude?

Worst experience and customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend going to that store. When I had an issue and made a phone call they hung up on me. Did not provide a solution to my problem. Employees are rude.

Ok, I had a beach trip planned and I got a cute swimsuit. Nevertheless, the clerk didn't remove the security tag from the bottom piece and I only noticed it on the day of the trip. Since I didn't have a backup, I couldn't swim. I was forced to return to the store to get the tag removed and I didn't receive a proper apology for the inconvenience. It's really sad since the swimsuit is cute.Advice: before leaving the store, check if they didn't keep the security tag

The most rudest workers , especially black girl with the afro,closed the register in front my nose while I was waiting for 15 min, while she was checking other customers. If management hires this kind of people, or doesn't train them that says a lot about the whole store. Worst store ever , should be closed.

I spend so much money at this store since probably the day it opened over 15 years ago. For the last couple of years the customer service at this store has been nothing but terrible. I never had to return anything until I purchased an order online which customer service told me to go into the store and return since the size was wrong. I went in today to the CambridgeSide Galleria store and again had a very unpleasant experience with the same associate I believe his name is Carlos the only gentlemen that it seems to work there. I simply wanted to return two items and go about my day. He finished the customer in front of me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing for a good 5 minutes, didn’t even bother to greet me just looked at Me I guess that meant he was ready for the next person. Instead of asking politely he literally raised his voice with so much anger and said give me a good reason why you are returning? I have never been treated like this in any other stores. Another day when I was in the store purchasing an item and I had a E-gift card that someone gifted me. Apparently according Mr. Carlos this store does not accept E-gift cards. Which is interesting because I have purchased at this store with a e gift card in the past. Mr. Carlos walked over and looked and me and spoke in Spanish with the associate and told her not to accept it. I understand Spanish even though I am not Hispanic. I don’t know what his problem is but it seems he is not a fond of people of my culture or religion yes I had a scarf on my head. I would really appreciate it if someone or management could review this email and actually speak to the associate of his unethical behavior he has towards loyal customers. Honestly it is not nice to walk to a store where you are not welcome and be treated differently just because so am brown and the women in front of me was clearly Caucasian and he treated her perfectly fine. Do yourself a favor do not go to this specific store if you want to be treated like a human.Cashier #3076244 -Mr. Carlos

Not a bad price but one employee was super rude. Ask here a simple question and got a snarly responds. I understand it’s the holiday time and there is people who are rude. But part of being in costumers service is have a good attitude without being in your feeling
