If you care about your car please do not bring it here. I’ve been bringing my car here for my last few oil changes bc it has been quick and easy. Well, I should have known that a poor job was being done by how quick and easy things got done.I am currently on a road trip- I got an oil change a week before to be save. I am currently half way through the trip, stuck at a dealership getting the under cover of my car screwed back on correctly bc the workers at Valvoline were to lazy and lacked caution of safety to ensure it was properly secure. The dealership said I was lucky as half the cover was hanging off and I was driving on the highway. Dealership also found leaking oil coming from my vehicle. Why? Ohhhh because they used an oil cap for a SUV and not one used for a jetta. Luckily, I caught things when I did and I am safe. Long story short, I will be reaching out to higher management regarding a refund on my recent oil change. And, do not go here!!!!!!!

Super quick and efficient, they checked a bunch of stuff on my car out and did the oil change too. In and out in like 20 minutes and I did not even have to get out of my car. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast and easy. You don't have to get out of the car to wait in an unheated room in a garage. Even better, their technicians are efficient, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I pulled into Valvoline on my way to moderate a seminar. I had been coming to this location for years, and I had always been happy with their service.I told the manager "T" that I wanted a conventional oil change, but T told me that they were out of conventional oil. T said that I would have to use synthetic oil instead. The next day, I was driving to work when my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and checked the pressure, and it was low. I had to put air in the tire myself. What a joke!I was disappointed with the service I had received at Valvoline. I felt like they had rushed me through the oil change and didn't take the time to do a thorough job. We decided that this would be the last time we went to Valvoline!*This occurred 6+ months ago

Courtney is extremely helpful and helped me identify what services my car needed and what was not needed at the time. Give her a raise for all the great work!

I’ve been going to this location for years. Guy told me today that they’re out of conventional oil and I’d have to do synthetic which he apparently tells w everyone…I want my money back!

I was charged $200 for transmission fluid I did not need. I only had 17 k miles on the car, and I wasn’t informed of the price.

I was conned out of $200 for a bogus transmission fluid change. This shop should be closed.

My wife and I pulled into Valvoline on my way to a seminar. I had been coming to this location for years, and I had always been happy with their service.I told the gentleman that I wanted a conventional oil change, but he told me that they were out of conventional oil. He said that I would have to use synthetic oil instead. I was a little hesitant, because I had never used synthetic oil in my BMW before. The next day, I was driving to work when my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and checked the pressure, and it was low. I had to put air in the tire myself.I was disappointed with the service I had received at Valvoline. I felt like they had rushed me through the oil change and didn't take the time to do a thorough job. I decided that this would be the last time I went to this location.I learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I should have been more assertive and asked the mechanic why they stopped offering conventional oil. I also should specifically have asked him to check my tire pressure. They provided good customer service but I cannot believe they do not carry conventional oil any longer.

I have gone here before and liked this Valvoline because they were all women the last time I went. No women this time, but that's not the reason for my 1* review. The current service manager is officious, seems irritable, and impatient and definitely looked to up-sell beyond the oil change. Guess what?! Radiator fluid needed to be changed. Funny, that's what the car next to me needed as well. This maintenance recommendation may be fact based, however, the subtly aggressive manner of the person who serviced my car was very off-putting. There was an undertone of "you are an idiot, just shut up and do what I tell you, and don't bother me" For politeness there was a 'ma'am' added to every sentence, but the undertone was really off, somewhat intimidating. I am generally not easily intimidated. They claim they check all your systems, like the blinkers and lights too. I saw one of the service people check all those boxes for my car as fine when he had not checked the lights and blinkers. They did it on the car next to mine. It would have been helpful to have them checked since there is no way to do that by oneself. When I asked for a receipt, he said "I e-mailed it to you!", while ushering me out of the garage. Well, no e-mail was received. When I called the next day there was, of course, hold time and re-routing to get to the N. Cambridge Valvoline. The gentleman from the day before answered the phone. I asked which e-mail the receipt was sent to and learned that they don't have an e-mail address for me (which is my preference, actually. I don't want all the spam that comes with giving out my e-mail). He told me to call some other number to get it, which I did not agree to. I feel it is unreasonable for me to chase a receipt he should have given me (I need it for my car records). He was irritable and explained that he can't possible e-mail the receipt from my account since I was there yesterday. It would not work. OK then! Only with encouragement did he agree to print the receipt, which I then had to go out of my way to pick up at their location. I am NEVER GOING BACK, and I have buyer's regret for cheating on my wonderful regular mechanic. Mud on my face for that.VALVOLINE MANAGEMENT, can you integrate it into your system to give the customer a choice about whether they want an e-mailed or printed receipt. This is the current practice at most other businesses While I like to save trees this one is a receipt I needed on paper, in hand. It should not have had to be so effortful on my part.

I have been using this location since 2013 and this is the first time I was told that they were out of conventional oil and that my only option was to use synthetic oil which is far more expensive. I also have had 4 tire rotations performed at this location. The last time I visited them about two weeks ago , I was told that they don't do them and that I would have to go next door to Mavis Tire.
