The clerk informed me this location currently does not have a printer and cannot print shipping labels. If you're mailing a package, you will be sent to another location.

employee named Mike working on passport service is so rude and unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed. I paid for it and I expected at least standard level of service. didn't expect to meet such a low quality employee like this
