Today I tried to get fingerprints in the USPS office. There was an extremely unhelpful and incompetent lady. We had to wait 15 minutes for us to help us even though there was no one else in line. When she came she spend 5 minutes talking to her friend instead of helping us. She then did not give us any information and refused to help us until we get it done. I would really hope they would get more competent people. It was very clear she had no idea of what she was doing. If you can go somewhere else to get your fingerprints

Walked at 7:59 and was immediately helped by an employee who called out “window” and opened his till for me. Was out by 8:02. After previously waiting 20 minutes in a one person line at the Mt. Auburn to mail a package and over to this location, I was very irritated but the counter staff made me feel better. Excellent service.

This place has the rudest employee ever, with a grumpy face, please do not approach to him, he has long hair with a ponytail.Very disrespectful and uncomfortable attitude.

Feb 17, 2024 I went there to ask about my mails never delivered to my address. After hearing my concern, the staff Kishon went inside and back saying his manager will be with me shortly. I got there at 12pm and around 1pm still didnt see any come to help, leaving me stand alone in a corner.

This is a pretty decent branch. The waits aren’t bad, they are well-supplied, and they have a postage machine.

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to do so with this branch. I'd give this branch less than a fraction of a star if I could. My ordeal began when an item I had insured and shipped through USPS arrived completely damaged. Naturally, I filed a claim as per the standard procedure, expecting a smooth resolution given the insurance coverage. However, the situation turned sour when I brought the damaged item to the USPS branch for evaluation. To my disbelief, the staff refused to accept the item because I no longer had the shipping box. Despite my explanations that the box was discarded, not anticipating such a requirement, the staff remained irrationally adamant to even evaluate the item.Their insistence on having the box - claiming that the insurance is "on the box and not on the item" to process the claim felt unreasonably illogical, especially considering the item itself was present and visibly damaged because of their shipping process. This experience has not only caused me inconvenience but also shaken my trust in USPS's customer service and claims process. It's disconcerting to pay for insurance only to be denied the service when it's needed, due to a trivial and uncommunicated technicality.

My interactions with the employees here have been good. The problem is the wait is too long every time.

I have met some of the most incompetent staff in this location. They will not be at post till there is a huge line. And then work at less than snails pace to function. Every time I come here I age 5 years. They have the worst and most outdated system in place.

Went to the post office today and bought a gift card. The gift card ended up freezing the computer so the lady who was trying to help me couldn't process it it was for $25. She was trying to be very helpful but customers were waiting and as a person who has done customer service in the past I was afraid that people in line were going to yell at me but they didn't, which I appreciate it on the other hand, she was trying to describe what happened to another coworker and he was being kind of harsh to her and it made me feel bad. I didn't end up getting the gift card but I appreciated her help. I've never really had any problems at the post office before so I was upset but got over it. I wouldn't necessarily recommend going to this post office because the customer service is either hit or miss but if you want to go to this post office, be my guess. The only reason that I go is because I have a PO Box for personal reasons. I will go back next week but I won't be purchasing another gift card as it messed up the system
