Joanie & the rest of the employees are fantastic.
They always help me when I need a question answered. The customer service is great.
The service has been hit or miss with delivery times for ground in the US taking 12 days in some cases. But overall very good.

Brian is nice. There is only one employee in the line is all the way out the door. There is no help for anyone and they Only sell very small boxes.

I’m there often. I visit with my pup. Most of the folks are friendly, and overworked. I smile and try to be as efficient and friendly as possible - streamlining is key.Sometimes they also have water and/or a treat for my pooch. A little kindness goes a long way. Cheers.

HORRIBLE customer service the people there are very rude. The lady there Dhana or Dana whatever her name is, is always very rude and yelled in my face for no reason. Also I have a small business and ship my packages out personally and I don’t put a return address on my packages and they are very rude and forceful about putting return address. Never going there again! Don’t waste your time.
