Service is unpleasant. The staff acts like the customer isn't standing in front of them, and when asked a simple question, they didn't answer the question but responded with sarcasm like it was a hassle. I won't be using the service if possible and definitely not the store.

I understand that businesses have policies and rules, particularly with shipping, and I’m sure it gets annoying when people don’t understand or are aware of the necessary steps or fine print involved in shipping something, but it doesn’t take much to be kind about explaining the problem. It’s not hard to explain things in a solution-based way instead of a condescending, rude, and utterly unhelpful way. I will never return to this location again because of how I was treated by the manager there. I doubt this treatment reflects the customer service values of UPS. As I see from the 5+ years of negative reviews sharing similar experiences, I’m not the only one who thinks so.

I didn’t get the worker’s name but he was rude and useless. I asked for help on the Amazon return kiosk and he wasn’t giving me a response. I had to ask him repeatedly for help. Once I was done I wanted a printed receipt and the receipt didn’t print I asked him for help and he kept ignoring me. I kept on saying excuse me excuse can you help me get the receipt. He said no and I stood there for awkward 2 mins then left. He was also rude to customer after me. He seemed miserable at his job.

Love this location and go all the time! Manager is incredibly nice and can be very funny. The store is open 7 days a week with later hours than any other shipping option in the neighborhood. They're always there when you need them and are super efficient. I've shown up mins before closing multiple times without worry. I never had to wait more than a min or two for help either in any circumstance, which is incredible convenience compared to the post office up the street.I'm only looking the store up on Google to check the Sunday hours before I head over again to drop something off. Yes, that's right, they even have Sunday hours! I thought this would be a an easy 4+ star location and am shocked to see what others in the community have written. These people who are leaving negative reviews could use more experience shipping things to understand how well operated this location really is. Shipping supplies have not been free at UPS or USPS in years, if ever, and would be exploited if not charged for. It's no UPS's job to pack your Amazon returns for you with free supplies.Thanks for all the service over the years! It's always a pleasure to drop things off here

I was only lookin up the phone number for this store when I noticed that its average review score has taken a dip and curiosity made me read further. I’ve been sending my packages here for a long time and more recently been renting the mailbox service here. The manager and staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly, reliable. I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews about being charged for tapes - which from what I could remember has been the same across different providers (at the post office for eg you would have to buy the tape as well). Thank you for the consistently professional and reliable service :)
