First time visiting this store. I had a packaged rerouted for hold at this address. The place looks like a tornado went through, but the service was quick and easy. Place was a bit chaotic. The guy that helped me said have a great day, so he gets 4 stars.

I have been a customer at this store for a very long time. Consistently, there has been the same person at the front desk helping customers. 1.5 weeks ago I came to request a hold of a package. The package was being delivered 4 days later than originally promised and I would be out of the country when it was delivered, so I needed a hold. The store was full of customers and this man was helping multiple customers in parallel at different service desks. When my turn came up, I explained the situation and requested a hold. He brusquely told me that the package would be held and yelled for the next customer. I stopped him and asked if I could write the package tracking number, my name, some sort of information for him to hold the package (hoping for some official confirmation of a hold). Instead, he told me to stop bothering him and he would hold the package and again called for the next customer. Fast forward to the date he said he would hold the package until and when I came to the store (same man at the desk) I was informed that the package was returned to sender and not held. This has been an extremely frustrating situation causing many emails with the sending company and multiple trips to UPS with no avail. I do not recommend going to this location - go somewhere else to deal with your packages!
TLDR: The customer service here is terrible and you cannot trust that they will do what is requested so you should go to a different location!

The man who always works here is a legend. Easily most efficient and helpful customer-facing employee I’ve ever met. He should train everyone else who works in a UPS store.

I went here to print some documents. Very friendly and helpfull staff and excellent quality of the prints. It is expensive but if you need it you need it.

avoid this location if you value your dignity. The clerk is sadistic and insulting and seemingly incapable of providing service without making you feel like your are an enormous burden to his existence. Today, I was reprimanded for not reading some fine print on an Amazon return, and instead of helping me with information, he wanted me to stand in front of him while he watched me read the instructions. He even said, "i can see you're already angry and in a bad mood, so I just want you to know that you have not followed all of the instructions." Brilliant. As someone who has a career in customer service, I know that reading a customers mood is important to do so that you can avoid unpleasant interactions. This guy seems to have adopted the opposite goal of using his customer empathy to make the experience intentionally worse.

Service is unpleasant. The staff acts like the customer isn't standing in front of them, and when asked a simple question, they didn't answer the question but responded with sarcasm like it was a hassle. I won't be using the service if possible and definitely not the store.
