I spoke with a really nice representative, but they don’t offer cashier’s checks to people who don’t bank with TD :(. I’m coming from the Wells Fargo no banks in Boston fiasco.

Only good thing about it was that I got what I came for. It was insinuated by the associate that coins are only for businesses and customers shouldnt be asking for them. Terrible experience made me feel very unwelcome there after I stated i would like to get some coins

The Central Square TD is incredibly convenient and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Stephanie is amazing and made things so, so easy! This is a great Boston/Cambridge branch if you need to go somewhere in person.

Hit and miss. Some very unprofessional employees. Referred me as “dude” when speaking about me with other employees right in front of me. That just doesn’t seem excusable at all.

Manager was very short/ rude acting when I came in for help with a TD gift card. I just wanted to know why it was not going through. Luckily the lady working there helped me activate it. Almost lost my temper with the management. Thank you lady that was working today. You saved my day. Would never bank with these clown after seeing how unprofessional there management is and I feel bad for their clients.

Zero bankers available to help customers. I already have 2 accounts and waited 30 minutes to be told I need to setup an appointment to create another account. Do yourself a favor and go to a branch that’s actually run the right way, like the Fenway branch on Boylston St.

I said I work at Chipotle and wanted change they decided they didn't want to deal with me. Even though I was willing to open a personal account and make the change. Could very easily made a hefty deposit. No it's not the grandest amount but I will need another bank soon anyway, but they didn't want to do business so forget them. Bank of America never gave me this amount of anguish.
