The assistant manager asked for an ID, which I can understand, but taking pictures of my ID without my permission was not OK. When I declined, he went and sat down, telling me along the way that he could not help me. He refused to help a customer of almost a decade. Customers need to fight for their rights, like not taking pictures of our iDs, recording our conversations, or selling our personal information.

My fiancé and I came into the mall today needing to start a new family plan and we were lucky enough to work with Jennifer who was so helpful and helped us through everything even though there were several different levels of complexity to move our lines over…if you visit the store definitely see if Jennifer is there, she is great, was so nice, and gave us great service!

Went in to ask about phone repair for my phone. Staff laughed at me like I was crazy wouldn't help me one bit. I had to prove to them that there was authorized repair facilities as apposed to sending my phone in. Even after that they wouldn't help me find one were more concerned about watching YouTube. They wouldn't even open up my account to look at my info.

I went to TMobile in cambridge Ohio, my representatives Quentin and brayley was awesome. Five stars for them they got me through my processing very quickly and fully. Thank you both.

I was having really bad customer service when contacting TMobile over the phone regarding an issue with two accounts. When I discussed the issue with Monica at Cambridgeside, she went above and beyond to assist me. I left the store feeling helped and much closer to resolving my issue. I hope she gets recognized for this because out of all interactions I had with TMobile, she was the only person that represented excellent customer service. Give her a raise :)

The employee Nohely Pinales was very professional and a very lovely lady. She has a very calming effect. I loved working with her and she is amazing working with others. Terrible customer service.There were two representatives and we spent 10 minutes without being attended to, then they asked us what we needed and they showed no interest, after 20 minutes of being in the store, another representative leaves a room and re-enters.

Rude workers!! I have a dad who has a strong english accent trying to ask about a plan but the lady kept being rude and asking “do you understand?” “are you SURE you understand?” Customer service is terrible, and the ads are honestly fake. It tells you “4 New iPhone 14s on Us!” But it’s only if you don’t have history with tmobile. Don’t recommend this place at all.

We went in and purchased 3 new iPhone 14s and traded in our old phones. But they didn't have them in stock so we arranged to have them shipped. Big mistake. We got the new phones but one of then did not have the trade in marked on the account so couldn't activate it and had to call T-Mobile (which took about an hour), to figure out what happened. The first phone rep screwed up and it took 2 more calls to figure out how to fix the issue (2 more hours on the phone). They have to ship a new iPHone 14, I need to return the "old" iPhone 14, and then trade in my old iPhone X. At least that's the plan, not sure if it will all turn out well or if we'll end up with an extra iPhone 14! All because one employee at this store was careless or incompetent. Lesson learned - only trade in your phone if the store has one in stock and you can get it all settled at that point in time.
