DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. The female manager is unprofessional rude and yelled at me in front of other customers because she was in a bad mood with an attitude. I would like a call from the district manager.

The store opens at 6:00 a.m. customer service opens 2 hours later so does the bottle return but it is posted nowhere and you're expected to know it The machines are always full when you go into recycle your cans and bottles there is no phone down there there is no button for help nothing You're supposed to go upstairs and ask for someone to empty the machines so you can recycle the bottles or cans that you purchased from that store and they give you a nasty look I understand the holiday season brings out the worst of us but smile in the customer's face and piss and moan behind their back like normal people Don't show your grouchiness to the customer because it efends them other than that the store seems nice well kept faced properly overall the store is clean

The entitlement, unprofessionalism, and laziness of specific younger staff at this location is jaw dropping. SMH. Star Market should be ashamed for not vetting and training these young adults.

This would be a nice website if you bothered to include their fax number at the 699 Mt. Auburn St., Camb., MA store. It took me 10-15 minutes navigating on your website too find out you don't include it there. Or, if you do you surely hide it well. Nice. Thanks guys.

I love star market in general but never had good experience on this location.Very poor customer service and staff gets rude if someone ask any question about product or price. I will go to different location , never here.

Absolutely terrible customer service. When you ask an employee where something is, they say nothing and just point in a general direction.The customer service desk is even worse. They’ll ignore you while they chat with each other. I tried to get help here dropping off a very heavy package at the Fed-Ex onsite at 7 months pregnant and the woman at the desk was rude and unhelpful, refusing to take the package I had struggled to get into the store by myself. She turned me away and no one offered to help me get the package back to my car.Will not be returning to shop here. They could not care any less about their customers

This review is primarily about the prepared food section which is enormous. It rivals Wegmans in terms of size and variety. Okay, Wegmans does have the edge, but the prices are far better here. From the delicatessen, to the La Carte prepared entries, bakery, Noodle bar, sushi bar, lots of chicken choices, many dozens of ready to eat meals plus many made to order choices in all these spaces. I've never had good supermarket sushi some reluctant to try but even that looks better than most. It's right next to the fresh produce section which I must say looks a heck of a lot better than any other Star Market I've been to. On the spectrum from Whole Foods and Russo's to Lambert's at the low end, I have to say this Market is closest to Whole Foods in terms of presentation and the freshness look of the products. They must do a big business in prepared foods because it's very well staffed. The cheese Shop looks pretty good too, and they sell wine. Okay, I tried the spicy tuna sushi because it was on promo sale for six bucks. I thought you wasn't bad but keep in mind I'm here at 11:00 in the morning. Your experience picking sushi after it's sat all day maybe different.

Conveniently located off the 73 bus. Short drive from Belmont, parking is ample.Has all the things you'd expect from a grocery store. Fresh vegetables, fruits, also carries organic produce and products.Pharmacy section has most of the things you would need daily.Has deli, butcher, fish monger, and a bakery.Staff is friendly

Intéssant, Star Market. Cest un peu plus, plus cher, si l'on veut comparer aux autres enseignes plus ouabordable tel: Maket Basket etc. Mais les produits sont frais. Dès fois ils y a des promotions sur certains produits par exemple: Le "Kale" est tès abordable là bas... toujours en comparaison en terme de comparaison.

One-stop shop for pretty much everything you need. Great gluten-free selection (they even have gluten-free soy sauce and Asian noodles!). However, the staff isn't very friendly and they often stand around and talk instead of helping you.
