We have had the absolute pleasure of working with the Real Food team over the past several months defining our Brand Architecture, creating logos and launching a new concept to our family of brands. Joelle led the team and was a joy to work with! She and her team along with the oversight of Chris were professional, creative, insightful, honest and inspiring. They have a working knowledge of the hospitality industry and are a true asset to us. They worked in a quick timeline to facilitate our needs and complete the projects in line with our timeframe. They were conscientious of budgets and honest about where we should focus our efforts. What was most appreciated and noted was how Joelle listened to our story and incorporated it into every aspect of the project, touching on what was important to each of us in a creative and current way. I was most fortunate to land a graduate residency with RealFood after completing my Masters in Management in Hospitality at Boston University. I can tell you from an insider’s perspective, RealFood walks the talk. Used RealFood to help design two restaurant spaces that had some real layout challenges. Matt D was our main point of contact and he was incredible. Not only did he manage to get everything we needed in the limited spaces but he also managed to utilize the space better then we could have ever asked for. Will definitely be using their services again with any future restaurant locations and would recommend them to anyone.
