I'm really disappointed I'm unable to at the very least exchange a skirt I purchased for a different color. Please also note that everything in this store is one size (small) and no returns or exchanges are accepted. Not the best business practices if you want women to feel confident as your website states. Won't be shopping here again.

This store was MADE FOR ME!! They had the cutest, classiest clothes, reasonable prices for high quality pieces and wonderful service. All around 10/10. Definitely will be returning.

What a cool shop with a great selection of unique & high-quality dresses! My friend found the perfect dress for her graduation right away, and Maria O. was so patient and helpful showing her how to wear the dress and helping to select a color.We'll definitely be back if we need a dress for an event.

I wish I could give this 0 stars!!! I walked in with my sisters and was browsing through the racks and the Asian lady working there came up to me and told me that the cloths where for petite women only. Body shaming in 2022? This store needs to be shut down!

Clothing here is classy and sophisticated alternative to the likes of H&M or Wet Seal. Everything is well made and reminds me of pretty Japanese anime. Bought a gorgeous dress for my daughter as a Christmas present and she was thrilled. Staff was attentive and courteous. Be forewarned: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Not a problem for us, we have no intention of returning the item we purchased but may be a game changer for some folks. I wish this store much success. It is like having a bit of haute couture in the neighborhood.

I love this exquisite place I stumbled upon this summer. It is a princess store built on elegance, very prestige and my every childhood dream come true! The last time I visited- the lady was very nice (sadly I can't remember her name). She was personable in a genuine way- not forced and fake like some sales people. She told me the history of the owners and I loved our connection with the show Emily in Paris. They have their own designer who does a remarkable job. Their shirts are one size fits all which works for me but I wonder how it would be for plus size ladies or really any woman that's above a size large... Anyways if you're a girly girl princess like I am- you have to check out this store! Their online website never seems to have anything stocked but it's a beautiful experience so definitely worth going in person! I hope they bring back their princess Diana choker necklaces. I adore mine and want more!!!

I went into the Chestnut Hill store and saw the most feminine dresses and accessories! Delighted to learn that it’s a local family of sisters who design the clothes, I was even more thrilled to have a knowledgeable salesperson (Maria) look at my figure and bring me dresses with the most flattering cut. The fabrics are light, airy, not itchy with well made seams and zippers. It was a really good experience and I will definitely go back!

I bought a sweater dress from Queenia (CambridgeSide Galleria) that was a bit big in the straps (All their clothes are one size fits all). When Queenia learned that I brought it to a tailor and they said it can't be altered, they offered to tailor it in the store for free. The staff were super friendly, and Frida did a great job on the straps. Thanks!
Just keep in mind that they don't do exchanges or returns!

I stumbled upon this store while in Boston on a business trip. The dresses in the window were a deterrant - lots of sparkle and not my style at all (I thought it was going to be a prom-dress store like the old Cache) - but most of the mall's other stores were closed and I had time to kill, so I went in. I couldn't believe my eyes as I got further into the store: some of the most beautiful pieces with incredible details! They're feminine but on trend; structured but form flattering. Even better when I tried them on - of 4 dresses, 2 fit like they had been made for me and had the same feel of dresses I've paid many times more for (reminds me very much of the Maje label in quality and uniqueness). I hope they stick around - really excited about this place.
