We work with a lot of management companies and Platinum Realty Group is one of the best! This team goes above and beyond for their residents from response time all the way through following up with our recommendations. Matt is attentive and diligent and is in constant communication with myself and my team to help alleviate any issues within their property portfolio. We truly appreciate our relationship with Platinum and love how seamless it is to work with the team!

I could not be happier with Platinum Realty Group. Matt and Tim have been extremely prompt, professional, and fair in all communications and interactions that I've had with them.
I'm especially grateful to Matt for quickly replacing my garbage disposal this morning. He came at very short notice, arrived exactly when he said he would, and the disposal is working beautifully now.

I really like Platinum Realty, they have been extremely attentive to all our needs while we are leasing. Matt will go above and beyond to make sure everything in the house is working properly even when we had headwinds because of inclement weather. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind and really see things through. I would highly recommend the to anyone in need of a management/maintenance company.

Our sink was experiencing a small leak issue. Matt and the Platinum Team were incredibly responsive. Came to our residency within a day (was willing to even come during holiday) and comply replaced the sink. Works better than ever. Very appreciate of Matt and the Platinum crew for their consistent support.

Our apartment has changed property management hands 3 times in the past 5 years. Platinum Realty Group currently manages our apartment and is by far the best. Matt Weicker, who manages our building is quick to respond to any email or phone call, or show up in person to address issues. Maintenance requests are addressed and fixed with a day. They communicate really well. Snow removal has been great this year, usually we have to shovel or salt because management is too slow clearing and we have to do some to get to work etc. but Platinum has been very proactive! Having a responsive property manager can make all the difference in the experience of renting and Platinum Realty Group is awesome!

Matt has helped us in the past with any maintenance requests in a timely manner, however, today he went above and beyond. He fixed our sink today almost immediately after the issue occurred.

Matt was great in coming out to help with our kitchen sink issue the same day that we notified of the problem. He arrived shortly after and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes.

Tim and Matt have done a wonderful job with assisting our HOA with multiple issues from day 1. Whether it's snow removal, lock repairs, fire inspections, landscaping, tree trimming, budgeting, insurance, you name it. They have had us covered. Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend Platinum Realty Group to everyone!

Not entirely sure what we paid them for. The developer who renovated our SouthEnd brownstone signed the contract with Platinum and we inherited them as our HOA manager. The delay on responses was often 3-7 days. When we had a major water leak across several units Tim wasn't able to coordinate the other unit owners, suggest contractors, or really help in any way so it fell to us to resolve and repair the issue. After several requests went un answered for stairwell carpet quotes, hall mailboxes and other similar common space improvements we did the work ourselves. When we terminated and contracted a new HOA manager Platinum was extremely slow in transferring over docs and our funds. Maybe they just don't understand SouthEnd properties but I would not recommend them as an HOA manager to anyone.
