I dropped off one small window screen that was torn and was told that they have to send it out because they don’t actually do the work here. It would take under two weeks. I call two weeks later and they don’t really know when they’ll have it. They said maybe in a couple days on Monday, but maybe Tuesday, but maybe…
They also offered I go look for it where they sent it. So there’s actually no point in going to this store to begin with.

Very greatful to have a traditional Hardware Store with a good selection nearby in Cambridge. Its like Aubuchon Hardware, the guy on the floor was nice and they had what I needed.
