Such a cute shop with beautiful flowers, cards, and pottery. Everything is quite reasonably priced. Shout out to John for being super sweet! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for flowers, cute decor, or gifts.

Literally the BEST little flower shop I’ve ever been into. It smelled amazing and was so cute! Best part - the kind ladies there. ? J wanted some lotion and they shipped it across the US for me with all smiles and love! I love you guys! If I ever go back, you know where I’m stopping. ?? HIGHLY recommend stopping in.
(P.S. Their gold glitter lotion is amazing if they still have it!)

Such friendly staff. I entered they tried to help, not because they maximized anything, you know fellow human beings. Eventually they didn't even had what I wanted for sale, but they did offer it for free.

Their floral arrangement workshop was lovely. The instructors were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Our bouquets all looked different but came out beautifully. Would definitely recommend for a date night/group of friends! Thank you :)

A stylish flower + goods shop in Boston. It was a relaxing space with a vintage atmosphere and surrounded by flowers and plants. Everything from the products from Europe and Japan to the handmade carpets is full of attention to detail and is fun to look at. The store manager will also talk to you in a friendly manner!

I was in this evening right before close and wanted to share my experience. Both of the girls working were so incredibly kind, and I didn't feel rushed or unwanted. I hate to say it, but this is so incredibly rare in this day and age. Usually you feel so uncomfortable and it's clear that you are "bothering" the staff even if you walk in 30 minutes to close. You get lucky if they speak a word to you! This was definitely not the case, and Petali genuinely cares about their customers. I was greeted warmly, and they offered to get something I was interested in that was buried behind other items. When I was browsing their uniquely curated goods, I overheard the interaction the girls had with a mom and her two five year old kids. They wanted to get their grandmother flowers, and the staff had already put them away. Like myself, the woman dreaded to ask if she could get a bouquet made before close, and asked for something easy. The girls didn't hesitate to make this happen, and asked what she really wanted. It seemed liked they knew her when she was a complete stranger. The girls had a conversation with the woman, and she was clearly tired. I heard she didn't get to spend time with her kids often because of work, and their grandmother lives with them and cares for the kids. The girls gave the kids a card for their grandmother AND gifted dry flowers to the woman for herself. One of the kids got their hands dirty and they offered for him to use their sink too. After the woman was all set I brought my item to the register and expected to buy it and leave so they could go home. Instead, I was asked about my plans for the Holidays and had a thoughtful conversation. This really made my day, and I hope others recognize the warmth of the staff here. Keep doing what you're doing, because some small gestures can be really big to someone else. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff! They definitely made my visit feel special. The place is more than just a plant store, it's a treasure trove of a gift store. You can find incredible soaps, ceramics, books, and more. The flowers are fresh and fragrant, and there are a ton of seasonal potted plants. The gift-wrapping they threw in for me was so thoughtfully done. I'll definitely be coming back.

Much more than a florist! We love stopping in here for beautifully curated seasonal items and gifts. We just got our baby a knit Christmas stocking that I’m sure we’ll keep as a yearly tradition and the shop owner (we think?) and workers were so kind and wrapped it beautifully for no extra charge. This is also the perfect place to pick up a unique hostess gift. They always have interesting soaps, lotions, books and other treats in addition to flowers.
