I brought in my ripped jacket for repair, knowing that Patagonia offers free repairs, but the salesman truly went above and beyond to help me out. Amazing store, staff and service. Brought my torrentshell jacket which suffered a small tear on the trail, the person who helped me explained that repairing it would damage the waterproofing, and then offered to fully replace the jacket for me. Won my brand loyalty right there.

Rude service. I spent almost $500 there but on my way out the door beeped. And the staff asked me to stay there and checked my bag. At the end it was their fault to not clear out the tags.
