I went to this location today with my daughter because we wanted to purchase charms for our bracelets . The sales associate's attitude was so nasty, she was acting like we were wasting her time. I lost my momentum to purchase anything after that. She lost two sales today.

This location didn’t have much to choose from for charms. There was a staff member that was very rude and it pushed me away and made me not want to spend any money in there.

I am very disappointed at the customer service provided at this location. While I was browsing to make a purchase I patiently waited until someone assist me. By the way I waited 30 minutes !! Other people came and they were assisted right away. I even had to ask for the charms book to look while waiting because no one noticed me. They Denied me the book. Also by the way there were 3 people working there was enough staff to assist but no one did.

I love Pandora, but I hate to come at this location. All the times I went there: terrible service, terrible staff. I wish could give 0 stars many times. I avoid going to this place, but unfortunately the charm that I wanted was only available there. They were supposed to be opened 8am to 10pm for Black Friday. I came 8h30am and they told me rudely that it would open at 9am because there was nothing ready, even I showed on the website that opening hours today would start at 8am. I had to be at 9am in my job, so I couldn't wait. That's why I woke up earlier to be in Pandora around 8am. Just wasted my time... so frustrating.

If I could give 0 review I would right now. I’m very disappointed with the manager and employees in this store. I have called few days prior coming into the store to confirm an exchange of an item. I specifically informed the employee over the phone what item I needed to return considering the size that I needed wasn’t available in other stores. She confirmed that she had the bigger size and that it would be exchangeable. I drove an hour to get into this store and pay parking, all to be disappointed when the manager informed me in person that they could not exchange the item.This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE as all the employee should be aware of policies prior to informing their customers on poor guidance. Will be the last time I shop at this location.

Great place, the staff that helped us was very friendly and helped us pick the right items. The display didn't have all the items. But, they showed us the catalog and we were able to pick all of the hidden items for the bracelet.

The manager gets treated like the sales associate by the sales associate. The ladies in there aren't wearing appropriate fitted clothing to work. They lie and say they're out of stock on charms but yet they have them. The ladies who work in there def bring their attitudes to work. This Pandora location sucks

If I could give zero stars to this pandora location I would . I went to exchange a bracelet that I got as a gift and they refused to exchange it and told me to “call the person that gifted it to me to and ask them if they have the receipt “ in what world is that appropriate ? I’m I suppose to call the person and say “ sorry I didn’t like your gift , can you send me the receipt for the bracelet that you got me so I can exchange it “? This manger has a horrible attitude and zero empathy for customers , she doesn’t try to understand you and just repeats herself like a parrot about the policy . She also didn’t even try to show me the bracelet I wanted to exchange it for and straight out told me we can’t exchange it and walked away . She also accused me that it has been used when it’s clearly still super small as it is a snake chain bracelet and as we know that Pandora snake chain bracelets stretch and get bigger once they have been worn . I ended up exchanging the bracelet at the Pandora in the Burlington mall and they were so friendly and gave me no problem at all. Stay away from this location because they have horrible customer service and will ruin your day .
