Al is one of the BEST guys To deal with.It took a while to get the Diamond I wanted for my Wife,but Al came through,and on time.Anniversary/Mothers day.Al even put the stone in a Platinum setting, I wanted.All I can say is WOW !!! Price/service GREAT. East Cambridge is Very Lucky to have him.

I went to Pacheco Jewelers in hopes of having them fix my mothers watches. Al took fantastic care of me and fixed both watches. We are lucky to have him in the East Cambridge neighborhood! 10/10 recommend!

I brought in 2 broken necklaces (on one, the gold chain was broken, on the other, the clasp was broken) and they repaired them both in a week for only $40. The repairs look great. I'm so happy I came here!!

Well - our friends recommended this place to us and now we can recommend it to you! My fiancé and I just picked up my wedding band here - After listening to what I wanted Mr. Pacheco was able to select the perfect ring immediately - (perfect size and everything)! I just wanted something simple and durable and he found just that - no effort to try to upsell us and the price was very reasonable. Both he and his wife were very friendly and the offer services on the rings they sell as well - engravings, resizings what have you. Overall - highly recommended if you are in the market for rings!
