I would absolutely give this place negative stars if possible. I used there washing services for our office laundry and received a load back, every item was stained significantly with purple spots. The woman who owns the place tells me that I stained the laundry, her employee is so honest that I am lying and I should tell the truth about what chemicals I used to stain the laundry. I am not even kidding. She told me to just be honest and say what I used to stain the laundry. They refused to take any responsibility or compensate for damaging 7-8 items of clothing. The most untrustworthy owner I have ever encounter. Beware.

Not happy with the dry cleaning job done on my ski jacket. The Brand letters were missing from the jacket when I picked it up from this place and now all you can see if a patch of glue where the letters are supposed to be. This is an expensive ski jacket and the cost to get it dry cleaned was expensive too! Very unsatisfied.

I like this little laundromat. It's super clean and organized. The girl at the desk is very nice and always willing to help if there's an issue. It's a bit on the small side but it's very cozy. And very clean!! Plus there's a place right next door where you can grab a slice of pizza while you're waiting for your clothes to dry.

Avoid this place. They apparently don't know how to launder clothes. Dropped off a bunch of sweaters, scarves, winter blankets, etc. Went over the materials (mostly wool and cashmere) and was charged a fortune. Can't even believe the state of my stuff after picking up. Everything looked filthy, smelled, and was covered in what looked like white and black dog hairs. Two of my sweaters are shrunk down to essentially toddler size, so those are ruined. One of them was a favorite Garnet Hill cashmere sweater. Unbelievable.

I had a few things dry cleaned that were ok. Thought I would try alteration. I brought in my favorite African vest made of mud cloth . Big mistake. It needed repair along the side. I said I did not want a large stitch as it likely would not hold. When I went to get the garment it has stitched with a large stitch and even the staff person said she thought it would just rip again. I asked again for a tight machine stitch. When I went to get it, the woman all but accused me of not paying and she wanted additional money. I was soo angry. Took the vest but came back when the owner (I think) wS there. She charged me more and insisted I pay in that she put in more work. I asked why she did not do it the correct way in the first place. After an uncomfortable shouting match, I paid and let her know I would never come in again. I have brought in dry cleaning plus ought a number of masks. Too bad. I like to support neighborhood businesses, if you do good work!

DOUBLE CHARGEDNot happy.They have done a good job cleaning my suit, and the establishment is neat and tidy. My issue with this business is that they ask for payment when you drop off your item which is fine, but when I picked up my suit today they charged me again. I told them that it was paid for when I dropped it off as per their request and also per the sign on the front window, to which they basically called me a liar, and got argumentative when I pointed towards the sign.I'll give two stars because my suit is clean, but I can and will get the same clean somewhere else and just pay once.I will not be back to this business.

Good experience with wash-dry-fold and dry cleaning. Reasonably priced, friendly employees, and clothes came back clean!

This laundry is staffed by wonderful people who have thankfully weathered the pandemic. Clean, courteous, cozy (magazine rack!) and super kind long-term staffers. Expanded hours!Feels like family here.

I usually do my laundry at home so you can't really take my reason to seriously because I don't have much to compare it to you but in my opinion I felt like everything was overpriced. On a positive note though it seems like they always have stopped there to help and answer questions and they have a wide variety of different kinds and sizes of machines to use. Although I don't have to go in there often I'm always by there locally so I'm always staying in and the people seem helpful
